I had a very unusual issue with updating my mapping navigation that didn't go as easily as inserting the updated disk that I purchased. After many visits to Honda to figure out why this wasn't going as smoothly as planned, Duron Ortega, their Technician finally figured out the issue. I am now able to see my radio display, sync and answer my cellphone and use my navigation when traveling. Thank you all for going above and beyond to figure out the issue. You guys are the BEST!!
