Great staff... Picked up some iced tea couple days ago.

Good food. Staff could be more knowledgeable about their own cash registers though.

Came here at 5:30 PM to grab a quick dinner. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Love it.

Nice clean place friendly staff food is made to order and very fresh tasting.

Fav thing in the menu is Fiesta Burrito with lettuce , yumm.."

Love the food. Ot the healthiest choice, I agree. But I can't resist it and its piece with children, they are busy at the arcade section.

It was my first time visiting Sharky's I have to say the food was delicious however some of the stuff that was here in the early 9 a.m. were not that polite. I placed an order for chilaquiles after a minute I decided that I wanted to add steak to my chilaquiles and the fact that the staff was not very professional about it made me change my mind about coming back to Sharky's. First of all as a paying customer if I ask for something to or br replaced in my order the cashier's or waitress job is to make sure that the customer satisfaction is met but instead one of the cashier and Alex one of the cooks started mumbling with each other and laughing out loud. When I ask how much extra I needed to pay for the steak that I asked to be added to my order the cashier said in a very disrespectful way "oh don't worry about it". I didn't ask for the steak to be given to me for free I wanted to pay but instead they decided to be funny. How would they even tell one of the co-workers not to play Spanish music but yet they're Spanish talking was louder than the music playing in the background, in my opinion the crew is very disrespectful they don't know how to treat a customer especially for the non-spanish speakers I was able to notice all the faces that will make when the customers will ask for a change or something else.

I'm not asking for a free meal or anything like that. This is for the management to check on their staff because they're really disrespectful.

Ordered curbside pick up. Everything was ready on time. Social distancing observed. Food was delicious!

Zero complaints for this lovely delicious place ! Sometimes they might mess up a order but hey happens everywhere even @ fancy restaurants and prices are decent for Burbank since everything American restaurant is expensive like hook burger ! Yummy food also can t go wrong with the burritos!

I went here thinkin i can get some shark bait for my next fishing trip. I arrived at 4 am as any bait shop should be open but they weren't. Also i didnt see ant fish hanging or fishing gear. Lucky me the manager showed up abd sold me octopus and other bait i needed. He smelled really bad but was a nice guy.

Busy during weekday lunch hour, so order online and pick up.

I was there for the first time on Monday and the food was great. The staff was so helpful. I am going back today.

The salsa is bomb. The burrito was quite tasty. Service was impeccable. The citrus water was low and the taco Tuesday deals were nothing to write home about. All that being said, I'd love to eat here again.

I ordered a burrito it took half hour to get it, and people were leaving for same reason also they care about giving you chips more than giving your order.

I prefer Sharky's over Chipotle or Cilantro. Their menu has a lot of variety and you could taste the quality organic ingredients in all items. I've tried pretty much everything on their menu... chicken, steak, salmon, pizzas and all. My favorite is their tostada salad bowls. It's very filling and packs a lot of flavor. Help yourself to their in house salsa bar. Also sign up for their rewards. You get $5 off your order during birthday month :)

I'm addicted to this place. I never eat fast food and I will only eat food that's good and healthy and this place has both and the prices are excellent. Highly recommend.

The employees here are so dumb. I ordered the Mexican pizza and I kept asking them what cheese they put on the pizza .she kept saying yes . I asked again what cheese is on the pizza and she said melted cheese . then I asked if it's nacho cheese sauce and she said it's a bunch of cheese blended up . she never answered my question and she was too dumb for me to keep trying to ask her in different ways so I took it. The pizza was disgusting and they didn't use nacho cheese or "blended cheese". The used a disgusting white cheese and I told one of the workers I didn't like it and asked if I could get something else . She said no because I took a bite out of it .then I spoke to the manager and all she offered was 10 percent off my next purchase .the customer service here is awful. It was like a slap in the face and imI not ever coming back here .

Healthy and delicious food. I love everything in the menu. My favorite are the Burritos y Nachos. Also, their natural drinks are the best (limonade and pineapple) Extremely Delicious

Fast Casual and Healthy style Mexican place that is really tasty and reasonably priced. Great place for a quick lunch and healthier options. They also have a large display of freshly made salsas.

This is a very good place to stop. Parking is tight but because it's across the street from the college, that is not a big problem. I hadn't been there in years and thought I would try it. Their menu is good with sufficient options. They have a salsa bar with a lot of neat things to choose from. Their beverages are very good. I especially like the iced tea. They bring your food when it's ready. I had a really good burrito and chips. I was pleasantly full when I finished. They also serve their food "wet" if requested. That makes whatever you order outstanding, although requiring you to eat it with a fork and spoon. It's always a good place to eat when I'm in the neighborhood. Trust me, it's not the typical refried beans and rice burrito but is something much attuned to the current time.

Really like this place. Good Healthy food choices and tastes great.

They must use the same dirty utensils and pans for everything because my STEAK burrito and STEAK nachos tasted like old fish!!! Trying to support this business through these hard times but with this incident, I don t think I ll be going back.

Great friendly service, good food, usually busy but quick.

The food is good, the service can be off sometimes but overall it's a nice place for fresh food prepared quickly.

Went there and bought a shrimp burrito, kids chicken bowl, sharky's chicken salad, coke, and milk. Too many visits back to the restaurant, that we will NEVER be back. First, they didn't give the coke, so we had to go back inside for it. No problem. Drove home and then started eating. The burrito was poorly wrapped. Also, no problem. Chicken salad had a long light brown hair mixed in it. So we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, they didn't believe me until I had to open the salad back up and they saw it very clearly. They offered to remake, which I waited for. Upon giving me the remake, one lady hands me a sharky's business card with a handwritten name of "Stephanie" and "25%" on it. She only said, "for next time." Who knows if it'll be actually honored or what it actually means. I would've thought they'd credit me back at least for the salad. But no. Strange.
Next day, we decide to open the milk we bought in the kids meal for my child's breakfast - only to see that the milk was a month expired!!! That was the last straw! No more! Never again.

Excellent Mexican food. Many choices, it's like above average fast food reminiscent of baja fresh. Go here instead of Chipotle; you won't regret it.

Haven't been here in years. So glad my friend suggested it because their fish tacos are the best! Fresh, high quality food for a good prince!

Sharkys was great. They have a good menu with many options to choose from. The fiesta burrito is usually what I choose. The salsa bar is really great. It has many different salsas and sauce options. Service is pretty quick and you get chips with your meal.

what an amazing place. The service staff are first class and very friendly. The food is very fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed eating here.

Great food, most excellent service (the employees seem to really respect their jobs here) and an overall welcoming atmosphere with tasty food choices like Mexican pizza, or the huge nachos, or a chicken tostada salad are all classics here. Highly recommended.

Today I went to Sharky's by Los Angeles Valley College and had me a delicious Fiesta burrito and some tortilla chips with Sharky's salsa. Man, I couldn't stop eating that burrito. Plus, they let you dine in which was cool because I wasn't interested in eating outside anyways.

I remember why it's a little more expensive than other Mexican chains and it's mainly due to the huge portions of every dish. Perfect for sharing or if you've got a hankering for a lot of Mexican food

Found the food and the service to be pretty good. Service with a smile and very fast/attentive.

I've been eating here once a week for years and the power plate has always been good. The only time it wasn't cooked right, they quickly remade it for me even though I had already eaten half of it. And for some reason, the same dish tastes better here than at the other locations.

The price of the food it is accord with the flavor of thw food

Always good, always fresh. My fave is the Sharkey's chicken burrito with breon rice, pinto beans, whole wheat tortilla.

Best guacamole, friendly servers, a little pricey but food is fresh and cooked to order.

Ok never helped us set up rewards program, 3 visits. A little over priced for Mexican food in LA.

Sharky's has always been solid with their food. Always good portions of protein. Never feel short changed. Been eating healthier lately. Very cool that they have delicious Vegan choices that are filling and tasty!

As far as semi fast food goes Sharkeys is just about the best.

It was good but they dont give you enough meat they are stingy.. customer service was ok.
