I spoke to A rude girl by the name of Connie and I told her this is a wrong number. She was rude and even cut the call off in my ear. Please train your people and do not Phone people until you have trained them.
I got scammed by one of their employees Mr Mokoena, the case is under investigation. They are crooks
I've got a random sms saying that legal action is imminent call this number, you owe money to MTN - this is so weird, because I have never had any accounts with MTN, so I thought it was spam like so many other cons out there. This morning at 720am and 740am, I had to missed calls from one of Shapiro Shaik's employees and a voice msg, I don't answer unknown numbers and my true caller came up as spam (I wonder why) - Any way; the person I am, I would like know what is going on, and tell them to stop phoning me... 1) you can't call these numbers back, they say they don't exist, so I tried phoning the land line, only opens from 9am. So why are you calling me before you open and telling me to call you back and I can't. Shapiro "please call me" - lets sort this out - I don't owe MTN anything....hahaha
Not even deserving the one star. Try and ecplain to someone reading her instructions off a parrot like list that she has got the wrong number. She just carried on talking. When I tried to get in a word she just carried on and on. Needless to say....I just left the phone open and carried on with what I was busy doing.
My experience is that the consultants don't understand certain words, like sequestrated, prescribed etc. As they have collect money's from debtor's. The people must take note that these people tdoing this collection only want you to commit to 1 payment which payment to make, which opens the door for them to issue summons

i paid into a wrong account i just need them to allocate the money into my account i am not getting any help i did send the proof of payment .
i spoke to a lady by the name of ellen she promised to update my profile they got the first debit order which am supposed to be cleared on the next one but when i call their offices they hang up on me they forgetting that were paying this accounts in order to move on an have clear name they just dont care to keep us updated when they still want money they sweet talk you once they get it they vanish
I got sms on a new sms card in July 2020 saying that another Lady who previously owned the number was owning money. There after I got hundreds of calls from Shapiro asking for this lady which I tell them time and time again that she does not own this number anymore. 3 days ago a lady said that she will stop the phone calls. And still 3days and 3calls later still not stopping. Take a note and post on her profile that her number has changed and stop bugging me about an account that has nothing to do with me.
Spoke to a consultant by the name of Grace Moloi and her rudeness was out of this world. Even hung up the phone on me. Did not receive any help whatsoever.
