I moved out to Lancaster last summer and wanted to find a quality veterinary hospital for my dog and a veterinarian that not only I would like but my dog as well. I have had great experiences the few visits we have been and Dr. Riehl was AMAZING and my dog took so well to her that she is now her official vet. They re friendly, clean, and have a flame less candle at their Welcome desk that has a note on it if the candle is lit a family is grieving their pet and I found this to be so compassionate and It reaffirmed my choice to bring my dog there. I highly recommend them and I hope my positive experiences continue!!

We moved here from out of state during Covid! We re so thankful to have found Neffsville Vet! Dr. Hillenbrand is wonderful! Our new puppy has adjusted well thanks to her care and the PAWS program! I highly recommend the services of Neffsville Veterinary Clinic! So many caring people who truly love what they do!

I love this vet clinic!! I tried to schedule an appt for my guinea pig when I was living elsewhere last year. I called every place for weeks and no one would see him. I called Neffsville Veterinary Clinic and they gave me an appointment the next morning! The staff is kind and both vets I have met are lovely. The new rodent vet is very nice and energetic! 10/10 recommend.

The quality of care appointment was compassionate and thorough from exam to options offered. The decision I made was difficult however Dr. Nicole Blithe, Chandler, Laura, Jenna, I sure appreciated your compassion and kindness. So grateful this team took care of my beloved dog Molly. We had peace, compassion, and dignity from beginning to end. Heartfelt thank you to all I was in contact with that day. I highly recommend Neffsville Veterinary Clinic.

They are a very caring clinic. Have been going there for about 40 some years with 3 different dogs. Great hours. They somehow get a bad rap for being costly....not so.

These folks are awesome! Friendly helpful service. A great place to bring your pets for care!They are a kind and caring, community minded veterinary service. My daughter's girl scout troop came and toured here last year. The girls loved it! If your animal needs care, bring them here!

I have been coming here since 2014 when my dog was diagnosed with cancer. They team was very compassionate and caring. The vet got emotional as well as it s a difficult situation. But you can feel the emotions from the team in the room and it was heart warming to know they really cared. I was given 2-3 months for my dogs survival rate that day but luckily she pulled through and gave me another 3 years. After she passed I continued to go with my other pets because I felt no other veterinary practice showed me the same compassion. I m glad I stuck around, I now bring my 4 pets here and I still love it till this day, from the moment you walk in to the front desk, to the vet techs, customer service and the doctors. They never skip a beat, and every single person seems to truly enjoy there job. I recommend everyone here and yes it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. And I always get amazing service.

Neffsville is always the most accommodating business that I am a customer of, I truly feel like family. They are always caring and understanding when trying to fit us in for an appointment. They have been there for my family through the ups and downs of owning dogs. But their advice and expertise is why I wouldn t go anywhere else. AFAIK they have 10 vets on staff. Not many places around here can do what Neffsville does, especially at the level they do it!

I never leave reviews, but I ve had the best experience with Dr. Riehl, the nurses, and clinic as a whole. Both my cats have received exceptional care, especially when one was having urinary issues. They even called me to check up on my cat days after the appointment to see how she was doing. They understand how pets relationships at home can impact their health, and really take the time to address the home environment. The staff is very responsive and really listens to your concerns, and I can tell they really care. Cannot recommend them enough

Beautiful place and wonderful staff!!
Was there for a simple rewrap of a paw and still ran us 50$!! No difference then other places but kinda high.
Still a great place to take your furry family members! Recommend
