I got a day pass for 100MYR and really enjoyed lounging by the pool & beach. Comfy chairs, soft towels and a spectacular view. I ordered a delicious fruit salad - great service!

Once you ve been spoiled here you can t go elsewhere. Awesome sunsets. Romantic walks on the beach if you re with someone to do that with. I wasn t but still very nice.

7 star resort. Very high class resort with friendly staff. Very relaxing place. Got nite market outside hotel and walking distance only. Beautiful place. A lot of flora n fauna here.

Absolutely wonderful. It'd be difficult to praise a Ms Michelle Oon and her staff any more highly for their efforts in to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

I would say the resort is quite fabulous, refurbishment is uptodate. Like the breakfast preparation, staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the pool side restaurant need more staff to maintain the surrounding cleanliness on some irresponsible customer who just simply dump the used tissue and the food leftover untreated.

Beach is clean but need to repair a collapsed stage, other than that, all is good.

Relaxing atmosphere friendly staff although typically bar prices are high. Pays to go and get your own drink and drink that :-)

The property was great. It's a good place to get away from the hustle of Georgetown. A place to relax. We got a massage package that included a scrub, wrap, bath and full body massage. It was quite possibly the best spa experience we've had.

But the location is in the mountains bordering the sea. It can be imagined ...

Beautiful hotel! Definately 5 star! Just not much to do being a young couple. But definately would recommend. The staff are very outgoing and good to have a laugh with. Love the bartenders very professional and proper. Thank you for a nice relaxing stay.

Ace for families, loads to do, lovely beach but busy, friendly staff, night market nearby good fun.

Very nice experience all in all. Rooms and food very good. Pool area super nice. Beach is not good at all, but the pool area makes up for some of it. Bit don't choose this place if you want to swim in the sea.

The attitude of the lobby staff is bad and being rude to us as guests who's only want to take our group photos.

Great resort with friendly staffs. The interiors are beautiful and offer great comfort in the rooms. However I did get bored with the bfast after couple days of our stay. It is a bfast buffet with varieties of Asian cuisines however the quality and the taste are very ordinary and kinda don't want to go back to pick any more food. For example there is a small Japanese section with only two vegetarian choices of sushi and Miso soup, nothing more. You can hardly see anyone going there and pick anything. For a 5 starts hotel I have been to better bfast buffet hostels. So overall I gave this place 4/5
