Great selection of sweet treats, including smoothies and milkshakes. You choose the flavours from a selection of chocolates and sweets, biscuits and cakes, and they make the perfect milkshake from it. Yum yum. Great prices too.

Very slow and poor service, 5 members of staff but only 1 preparing each order 1 by 1. IIt took ages to bring all five orderes over, by the time the last one was prepared the first had been eaten. The music was so loud the staff could not hear your order. Will not go back.

This place is well expensive, the desserts were nice but small portion for a big price.

Cookie dough is delicious but you don't need much - gets sickly! Red velvet ice-cream was a hit!

I've been there many times and they never fail to amaze, and it's amazing to see how much they've grown in the last couple years as much deserved!

Not good impression at all. You can walk in, order and wait outside on narrow pavement for your order, not prepared for Covid-19. Staff not wearing masks or facial shields. Place has no screens, and you can not sit inside.

This afternoon found my idea of heaven. Shake-A-Delic in Chichester is icecream Sunday central. Had the last easter egg dessert and couldn't stop grinning. Well done to Phil and his team on their great new parlour

I took my 9yo DD as a treat, now it seems we are becoming regulars!!!! This super little shake shop used to be in Crane Street and tbh we had never been. It has relocated to South Street next to the Curtains and Blinds shop and is very convenient for us. The range of desserts and milk shakes is fantastic as is the selection of ice creams. I had the bubble waffle which was delicious. Some items are a premium price but in general for the size and taste they seem really good value. We are so pleased that this little independent shop is doing so well in Chichester. My daughter loves it I am sure her and her friends will make sure that we go back again and again.

Lovely dessert bar with a massive range of desserts. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a seating area where you can sit and eat your dessert or you can take the ice creams or milkshakes away with you. The range of milkshakes is huge and is very unlikely that there will not be something you would like. I have attached photos of the menu and the ice cream options.

So lovely to have a local dessert bar. Everything is reasonably priced and absolutely yummy.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and a delicious selection. The success of Shake-A-Delic and its popularity (especially giving a younger audience somewhere social that's open relatively late) is self evident. It's great to see an independent store moving into a prime space and I wish them continued success.

Love it - not a fan of this sort thing (would prefer a nice cup of tea), but my family love them, and these guys are ever so helpful - they take my order by phone, so I just nip in and the order is ready - I even tell them to make me surprise , and hey-presto, that s done for me.

PRO TIP: Buy some obscure sweets from The Sweet Jar, diagonally across the road, and they will turn it into a milkshake for you...!

Bought the 'Special One' milkshake, not exactly a quality item however reasonable given price point and quantity. Store is defo worth a visit!

Not very comfortable. Too much heavy porcelain tiling which makes the place feel cold. Shakes are ok, bit pricey for what they are but the kids enjoyed it.

Love all the combinations and the addition of seating has been great. Rated 3 as I asked for and paid for a large shake and was served a medium and staff were adamant I had paid for medium not large and wouldn't check the recent transactions and I wasn't given a receipt. Not going to quibble too much about 50p or whatever the difference was but it's the principle.

Great milkshakes to either have in or take away, never had any issues and will continue to go!

Perfect place for dessert after dinner. The staff were very friendly and there was a great atmosphere.

We tried the oreos The one waffle and the smore than a cookie cookie dough dessert, both were amazing!

Went for a chill retail therapy day with my OH and we needed something to keep us going and it was the perfect place to go made to order a million choices can't go wrong here so glad you have a bigger store!!

Wonderful selection of sweet treats available at reasonable prices. Friendly and prompt customer service. A great success for a small Chichester business!! We'll certainly be back.

The shake was nice. Nothing really special for me. A bit pricey too. The service was okay. The place has swatting, but you cannot park very close as it is in the town center. Worth try.

Was served by a lovely lady today, the shake was super tasty and had a few good chunks in it for a crunch and the seating was comfy! Could do with free WiFi as there's no mobile signal but not really a problem when you're with people.

Very delicious ice-cream and milkshakes and all things sweet. Can be quite warm inside and noisy from the music and blenders. Nice decor and big windows to see outside. The chocolate themed milkshakes could be nicer and blended better/more chocolatey. Apart from that great place! I love the apple millions, marshmallow and Turkish delight milkshakes

Really amazing waffles and ice creams but amount of plastic waste that they produce it's terrifying!!! Because people stupidity and lazynes Erath has anormous problem with plastic pollution!! A lot of company take part in battle with plastic pollution, but Shake-A-Delic sale almost all hot and cold drinks in plastic cups with straws, and use mixed material tub for ice-cream cream. This waste gonna stay on planet forever contaminate water, soil, people and animals :(
