The response time was a bit slow and the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about their own products. 😔 On the positive side, their prices were reasonable and the delivery was prompt. 🚚 However, given the less-than-exceptional quality and average customer service, I'm not sure if I would choose to use their services again in the future. 🤔 Overall, an average experience at best. 👌
