Right now, I am having struggles with church in general. I haven't been going to church on Sunday very often. My mom, and my dad don't feel comfortable there, so that ends up impacting where I go to church. It isn't fair! I like Shades Mountain Independent! I want to stay there! But my dad won't let me just because he can't find anything to do in worship, which shouldn't affect me at all! Because at the church we go to now, I like what they say but it is boring yet my dad says I have to go. IT IS JUST NOT FAIR!!! Now obviously, I can't tell my dad to listen to the worship in Shades Mountain Independent, but shouldn't do that to me if I can't find anything productive to do in there. No matter what worship, the both of us either need to pay attention to whatever service is going on, or we don't have to but we can't tell the other person to listen if they don't want to. If you are in this area in Alabama, go here, the people are very welcoming.

Love my home church. The word is preached here so be ready to be chastened when you walk through these doors.
