Terrible service and arrogant owner. They came to replace windows in our home and countless pieces of broken glass were left behind. This is a safety hazard, not a joke (and at the time our twins were 2.5 years old!!!). We kept finding such pieces for WEEKS!!! Keep these people as far as possible from your property. Oh, and I forgot... when we called the owner to say we wanted a refund he was rude. I have a new project going on and have avoided them, this is what they get for being horrible at their job and rude with their customers.

Horrible attitude. During Hurricane Harvey we had a car window broken and things stolen. They were quick to respond. They arrived within the time frame. The man doing repairs had a terrible attitude. Cussed at me, said "God Damnit" which is absolutely UNCALLED for in any circumstance!

We tried to quote for a panoramic window only, providing pictures of the drawings, and partial plan related to this window, which contains measurements and height of wall. That's all they need to know to produce a quote. Well, THEY ARE VERY NOSY: they want to see the entire plan of the house, window schedule, blah, blah, blah; as if to quote for one window, and 3 smaller ones on top, we had to disclose the entire plan, plus window schedule. Ha! I know he was trying to find out how fat the pig was to know how hard to hit its pocket, that is, based on the neighborhood. Because he did not get his way, he said no. Good that they are not the only ones to provide this type of service. No wonder why so many bad reviews.

Did a great job at replacing almost all my windows at house under warranty. Clean job and windows all look amazing. Will use again.

Drivers are crazy. He tried to hit me on Beltway 8 this morning. Please see pictures, he clearly was trying to hit me. I recorded it and will be posting the video soon. If you hire this company expect the worse because if they can't be courteous on the road, they won't be courteous on to their customers.

EDIT: Contacted company multiple times, no response. avoided all communication. be aware!

I called this company on May 25th to get an estimate to replace a broken window at my house. They wanted to send someone out on Friday May 27th to give me an estimate. I advised them that I would be out of town and arranged for them to send someone on Tuesday. Well, they showed up on Friday anyway. I told the man that we agreed on Tuesday and that I will see them then. Well, I called them this morning (Tuesday) to get an idea when they would arrive for the estimate. They told me they can only send someone out on Wednesday. To put it in simple terms I rearranged my schedule to get an estimate on the agreed date on Tuesday and they failed. So now they expect me to re-rearrange my schedule to Wednesday to accommodate them. Guess what, there are OTHER companies out there that can get things right and show up when they agree to. If this is how they conduct business well good luck to them I will never call them again!

Read the reviews because I am searching place to replace a mirror. Based on what I read on here. I'm just walking away from this place. I decided just to take my bussiness else where just fyi.

Called to have a couple of our windows replaced, they came out to measure right away. We had our new windows installed a week later!
