I have lived at Westbury Court for two years. I am what you call an HONORABLE tenant. I have ask numerous times to have my refrigerator replace because it s leaking on the inside which ruins food items I have paid for. I also ask my heat to be looked at by a professional but they refuses. My children was cold and sick all winter. I have called the board of health to have these apartment evaluate for wrongful laws act.
I live @ Windsor court apartments one of your properties since May of 2016. Great place. I have new neighbors upstairs and my roommate is handling this matter as I work. I was practically told today that I need to suck it up and get over the noise coming from upstairs from 12 am til after 5am. I received a letter on my door like others stating otherwise. I've been on my job 4yrs now and I'll probably have to quit my job cause I can't stay awake at work. I get up at 540am monday- Friday. I really love it here, never been late on rent,very quiet and courteous . Probably have to get a lawyer to get out of my lease but have no other choice. God bless and have a good day.
Waterford Court is an awful place. Sexton is unprofessional, rude and doesn't respond to tenants.
I lived at Waterford Court Apartments for 6 months. The apartment was nice for the price, but the leasing office staff was rude and unhelpful. I left the apartment in great shape upon moving out. My fault, was not taking pictures of the clean apartment. I'm now being charged cleaning fees and for the replacement of the carpet that was determined to be damaged. I've yet to be given proof of the damage other than a written notice.
I'm disappointed with Sexton Properties and Waterford Court Apartments to be using slumlord tactics and sending threatening letters. I would advise if you're going to live here, take detailed photographs and videos of each room prior to moving in and out.
sexton lockfield employees are most unethical and racist people I have ever seen. So arrogant and dont show value to people and play games with people. I dont suggest on going to lockfield gardens esp because they dont value customers and dont values humans I wasted all my time money and energy rounds around the office to get an apartment for a year
I have lived both at Lockefield Gardens and Broadway Heights. From my two years of experience living here I have had more issues from Sexton Properties than I would have ever expected from any apartment complex. The people who work here care very little about any problems you have and will make no attempts to help you resolve them. Any chance they get they will lie to you and try to cheat you out of your money. As long as they get their money, they could not care less about actually helping you. I would recommend you stay as far away as you can from any of their rental properties, it will save you a lot of money.
