5% transaction fee to use a credit card to pay a water (utility) bill that AVR manages is absurd. Even though this is the ONLY bill that I could not previously pay automatically because Bammel Utility District and Water District Management did not allow auto payments, it appears that it will continue to be the only bill I do not pay automatically. I would consider a 3% fee more appropriate, but still wouldn't be happy about it.
Good place to work. Friendly staff. They have been around for over 40 years and would recommend them to anyone who is in the water industry.
The only thing worse than this software is their 5% fee.
