Called to get an order, was told to send an email, did, never heard back, called two days in a row and was told I'd get a call back same day, never did.
As some of the other reviews mention, this place provides first class customer service. I had a small envelope printing job that I needed complete on short notice. Chuck dropped what he was doing to help me on the spot. Not only did he take care of what I needed, he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best looking print job I could have for my client mailer. I will be taking all of my future business to them after my experience with Chuck today. I'm so glad I found them. Top notch, first class people and service here. I highly recommend.
I had a very small order that I wasn't sure if this company was the right one or not to do, and I got an almost immediate phone call back to discuss it. The person I spoke with was very apologetic but let me know that my order was way under the normal minimum. I very much appreciated the immediate response, so I could go somewhere else as it was a last minute print job that was needed. I also appreciated his willingness to help me out and felt that it was difficult for him to say no. In the future, whenever I have a bigger print job or specialty type of design job, I will absolutely go to Sewell!!!! What great customer service, which goes a long way in this day and age. I love smaller, local companies for that very reason. Thank you!!!
