Very pro-active and swift to get a buyer. When one fell through they were straight on it to find another. Far more 'with it' than other agents I have dealt with.

I found Sewell and Gardner Lettings to be very efficient and professional. From the first day that I viewed our property to the day that we received our keys was a mere turnaround of a few weeks. The staff were very helpful and courteous; ensuring that all our requests were answered thoroughly. They took the stress out of negotiating our terms and conditions by liaising directly with the landlord on our behalf. It also came as a pleasant surprise to find out that they don't charge tenant fees.. that news made my day!

After having issues with other Estate Agents who didn't seem to take my questions & inquiries seriously, it was great to engage with Sewell & Gardner's Watford/Rickmansworth team.
Excellent communication throughout the whole process, keeping me involved and updated the entire time.
As a first time buyer, what could have been massively stressful, was made effortless by their help and support.

Emily was my main point of contact but it was a team effort. The communication was amazing, we were never kept in the dark about anything. We have used a few other agents in the past and you are second to none compared to them. You have been really good and really friendly. I would always tell others not to waste there time with anybody else and to always go to you. We have a really high level of viewings and with every single viewing we received feedback which was very useful.

Honest agency even when dealing with unexpectedly ridiculous landlord, contracts are very fair (for both tenants and landlords in my opinion) unlike some of their local competitors and very straight forward without any hidden clauses.

Planning a move during COVID was daunting and stressful - but I'm really impressed with this Agency. From the moment I viewed the property to the moment I received my keys there was overwhelming support and responsiveness. I would highly recommend S&G - they can be trusted and genuinely care about the comfort and safety of tenants (not something you can say for every landlord!).
Particularly impressed with the speed of their responses - as soon as I have an issue or problem in the property it gets sorted or looked at the same or next day! Really happy with the service. Our best experience with a letting agent ever as a tenant! Sewell & Gardner provided us with an extremely responsive and professional service and Neil and team went beyond their call of duty to support and help us - on one occasion agreeing to speak at 7 am in the morning as I was taking a flight and has to clarify something urgently!. Our lease was expiring and we had to find a property of our liking in a week time and it was really touch and go! Only Sewell & Gardner's and Neil's proactive and timely help made this happen! The low admin fees is the fairest in the market and a beautiful welcome hamper provided during check-in was completely unexpected and was a nice touch.

We used Sewell & Gardner for the sale of our house. Our chain turned out to be a long and complicated one and the support we got from S&G was invaluble. We bought two properties through Sewell and Gardner. I can't imagine how they could have made the process simpler or more convenient. Tenants for both moved in the day we completed.
Every person with whom we came into contact with was 100% professional. Bottom line the service has been faultless, I cannot recommend S&G highly enough.

I had a great experience having bought and then let through Sewell & Gardner. I would recommend and have been impressed with their approach to the lettings business. Transparency at all time which is a breath of fresh air.

We recently moved into our new home through Sewell & Gardner. Moving house is a pretty big task but Kirsty at Sewell & Gardner (Rickmansworth) made the process that much smoother. From the process of putting in an offer to picking up the keys, Kirsty was always on hand and when she wasn't she would call back promptly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty and Sewell & Gardner.

We recently sold our house through Sewell and Gardner. Not only did we achieve full asking price within 3 weeks but we were delighted with the way the whole process was handled by the Rickmansworth branch. We have proved quite a challenge but we never felt like anything was too much trouble for the team- Emily and Laurence were always friendly and helpful and Assistant Manager Jackie Scott has been an absolute star with the way she conducted the sale in such a professional yet friendly manner, she is a credit to the company and has been a joy to deal with......

We sold our flat and and bought our current house through Sewell and Gardner after meeting many different estate agents. The experience exceeded all expectations. The personal customer service from Jackie, Joe and the whole team was simply exceptional. Everything was so slick and professional from start to finish. There were so many lovely touches such as an essentials gift bag upon moving in which made us feel more than just another customer.
