We used Sewell & Gardner for the sale of our house. Our chain turned out to be a long and complicated one and the support we got from S&G was invaluble. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they acted very professionally and worked relentlessly to keep the chain moving, their perseverance really helped a great deal. They also had a personable style which really helped during stressful times.
