Thank you so much for the great customer service! The technicians were all very kind and did a great job. I would also like ServiceMaster to know that the project manager who handled my mitigation, Shilly Sumampouw, is a great worker. She came over for an inspection on the same day my insurance agent filed a claim and referred ServiceMaster. I didn t expect such a fast response and was overjoyed that I didn t have to wait another day for an inspection. She came in smiling, gave us a quick rundown on the process, and gave her honest opinion on what she examined. During the inspection, I could see that she was very thorough, checking walls and floors, and even insisted on checking out the crawl space. I m very grateful and thankful she did because it was so saturated to the point where an extractor was needed. Not only was her customer service immaculate, her communication was very appreciated. Even though she was very busy, she found the time to call me to update me on the progress and also let me know when appointments fall through/change. On the day the technicians removed the fans, I emailed Shilly to see if she was able to come back for a last inspection because I trusted her work/opinion. And, it s a good thing I did because she found a spot in the crawl space that wasn t fully dried. The experience I encountered with Shilly and ServiceMaster was the total opposite with my insurance adjuster. I already had enough stress from my insurance and not having extra stress added on was truly appreciated.
