Have some differences with Severnside at present. Usually reasonable service but disappointed with their stance on policies
Won't come out to fix a radiator that is about to fall off of the wall. Explained that I have 2 small children and they didn't care
Paying rent on a poorly maintained property and expected to pay for repairs that are down to the housing association!
The receptionist "gatekeeper" is an ogre and unhelpful. Thinks she is a plumber, electrician, bricklayer...
Appalling company. They make mistakes and cover up the evidence. They obviously follow the Peter Rachman model as landlords , because they lose no chance to charge extortionate prices for certain repairs.
This is the worse HA I've ever known. Only cares about money. No policy for disability, everyone gets treated same.
Avoid at all costs!
Came and redone path and has made it so dangerous you can't walk on it. It's gone green with mold and mildew. The slip hazard is off the charts and this has been happening since August. I am informed to wait for a call, that is all. I have stated if any accident occurs as a result I will be taking legal actions. Their response "do what you feel you have too". I was told not to ring back as will only be told to wait for a call. Stated they have a delay, I explained it's been 5 months. Yeah won't be this year was their reply. Disgusting company who are sacrificing safety of their tenants for profit.
Update. Came and fixed Path at the end of July. It's a foot high but is solid. Finally competed job that took 12 months. The workingman that attended was excellent.
This place is getting to much banging noises .From 44 porchfield were disabled making partner fit. We live il under him Angela Davies 42 when can we move ....
(Updated 18/10/17) They have money for fancy new stone and slate for their office but nothing to help tenants whose homes are no longer habitable or safe (despite stating in their tenancy agreement that they do). Unhelpful and uncaring staff. Never answer the phone. Been on hold for more hours than I've slept these past three weeks.
I have been on phone since 7.14 am it's now 9.10 and still no answer water coming through my kitchen ceiling what a shoddy service what do we pay rent for I have mold in bathroom and bedroom and I'm told to bleach the mold area which I do I have asthma I am disgusted at your service and will be seeking legal advice
