If I could give no stars I would ! We are in a time of crisis and restaurants are hurting so I contacted sevenrooms when Governor Cuomo closed dine in business and I was reassured I would not be charged until dine in serves would resume . I was lied to and my account got charged latter that day anyway ! Then In an email from the same manager i was promised a refund , a week later no refund ! Now I get an email telling me that I will be credited towards next months bill and not be receiving a refund! Unbelievable they want to continue to charge me for a service not being used during a national shut down ! Very disappointed how I have been treated and how they are approaching this situation . My POS which I continue to use for pick up and delivery has given 3 months no bills to help out during this trying time while sevenrooms wants to charge me for reservations when we are closed for business . Horrible !!
