SEVEN HOTEL (Groupe Elegancia) PARIS Review

Don't look under the mattress. I managed to find a stranger's underwear, very dead rose petals, and general nastiness beneath our bed in the deluxe room. See pictures attached.

I asked the front desk to clean underneath it, and they managed to remove the underwear. The dead rose petals stayed along with everything else.

The bathtub, large TV, and lighting makes this hotel deserving of 2 stars. I wouldn't stay again, however.

The frige in the room is not able to keep cold or cool anything.

We really enjoyed the room the great decor and the bedding! The rooms deserve to be refreshed and the breakfast more complete

Room was as small as it was cool, although the hotel is non smoking out room smelt of stale smoke as did the towels.

The staff seemed friendly and the hotel is beautifully designed, just a shame a few points let it down

Oooh a 4 star hotel in the Latin Quarter. A suite with a fireplace? Yes, but the chimney is not working: officially an incident has taken place. Reading other comments this is in fact a new law that prohibits this kind of device. We would have liked to be warned because we are flirting with false advertising.
No problem there is a jacuzzi on the terrace. Except that it is not a terrace but a dark backyard on the ground floor, "protected" by a stretched canvas (pierced) which does not prevent the rain or at least one bedroom on the second floor from watching.
In the following "coiled up" it continues:
Blisters on the ceiling, cobwebs in a corner, toilets that do not close completely, impractical designer sinks that spray the user, soundproofed suite supposedly but not against the staircase glued to the suite, dark suite on the ground floor floor (subdued light required), a mini bottle of water for 2, soap and shampoo at a mini dose ...
not worthy of a 4 star.
Normally this "suite" is billed at 927 !!

I booked a surprise night at this hotel on the night of my wedding proposal and the room was simply sublime (room: hanging bath).
It may be small but not embarrassing .. It seems to be on a small cloud, the ceiling painted way "sky / cloud" and small LED blue / purple everywhere that gives the illusion at night to be surrounded by stars.

This Paris hotel isn't much like the hotels you're used to staying in. If you are bored of staying at classic hotels or if you want your Paris holiday to be as romantic as the city itself, Seven Hotel may be the option you are looking for.

A little disappointed for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small (including non-standard), a little older and slightly noisy on the street side. To favor for couples more than for a business trip. I did not try breakfast. On the other hand the staff is great.

Loved it! Very smartly designed. Located close to a lot of cafes and Latin quarters. The locale is quite safe too.

Very nice hotel, clean and the levitating bed makes its effect. Have a nice stay at the Seven Hotel!

You are immersed in an absolutely magical experience

Hotel located about 20 minutes walk from the Latin Quarter. Very discreet and pleasant staff.
We tested the Levitation Superior Room. They are small but well thought out and quite pleasant for a night in the stars. There are blue LEDs all over the place and a shower room with glass walls. It looks nice. Big negative point with the gratings of the shower which do not hold ... Cleanliness at the top.
This hotel is perfect for a couple's night in Paris. To test.
NB: breakfast not tested and parking OK on request (at an additional cost).

Fancy design, but rooms are very small and definitely not everybody's taste.

The following "Lovez vous" is fantastic !!! Ultra romantic, design, a fireplace in the middle of the room, an amazing bathroom and a terrace with jacuzzi and breakfast very very good :) I recommend this suite for all lovers!

Fabulous hotel a welcome above average, a very varied breakfast, a glass of champagne as a gift which was also delicious. Very nice time I would return for sure.

Welcome, room ready 1 hour in advance.
Classic designer room a bit small, positive points: the nespresso machine, separate toilet, flat screen, free wifi, good bedding, safe.
Negative points, not enough light, very dark, aging room, you can hear the elevator, shower head clip broken.
Very good location, 10 minutes from rue Mouffetard.
We had a Wonderbox voucher, if we had to pay the price for the room we would still have been disappointed, a bit borderline for a 4 star.

Staff 5 stars attentive and very kind. on the other hand for the rest is very old (carpet worn wall crumbling) and not entrained it would be time to question for a 4 star

The reception of the receptionist bad, insufficient buffet and no toaster, low light in the rooms, I will not repeat.

Call two days before staying at the hotel to book a Designer suite which was promoted on their website, when we arrived there we were told that we had been upgraded to a Cabaret room! But you must give a deposit of 150 for a stay of 480
The room was not at all to our taste so we decided not to stay in this hotel, the receptionist (unfriendly and understandable in these words) was not able to certify our refund to us a deaf dialogue during 10 minutes ... we are still waiting for the refund ...
Really disappointed with a supposedly 4 star hotel ...

The Champagne bottle and the Love box are waiting for you in the room if you have booked from the hotel's website.
What happens after does not look at anyone and the images remain etched in your memory and some photos will remind you of the good times spent with your lover.

Small flat on the morning light! There is no shutter and a curtain not enough blackout light noise in the street because there is no double glazing! Apart from that beautiful room super small dej and nice home!

Nice room, spacious, superb concept but an urgent refreshment is to be done. Carpet with task, wall and ceiling with fingerprint, lamp not working or with tape, bathtub with broken seal and black trace ... Too bad it would have been perfect. We still had an excellent weekend.

- the hotel staff, are not professional.
- breakfast was very mundane and industrial.

Sublime room, breakfast at the top you can choose to take it to the restaurant or in the room you choose your time until 11h. The staff is very nice !

Super hotel that is especially suitable for a couple. Some stain on one of the walls but still clean. Beautiful room very pleasant. Price a little expensive but really I'm not disappointed.

Hotel that has aged badly, requiring maintenance, damaged plexiglass, stained carpet and armchair, low-end breakfast. Too bad because beautiful idea of design decoration and out of the ordinary but which does not justify the prices asked. Closing at the end of May for works we were told ...

It went very well, the original decor, the warm welcome, a pleasant stay

Despite some hair / hair found on the inside sheets, and the coffee machine was not working it's a pleasant stay we go with my husband. Great perfect tub for a bath couple, light blue star and really lovely for a relaxing and romantic absolut.

Nice staff but placevun little disappointing for a 4 star. Paintings damaged. Rusty sink drain. Odor of humidity. Minibar with musty smell. No bathrobe. The little more original deco. Pay attention with macaroons and petals on the bed.

Overall disappointed with the service given the rate and category of the hotel: insufficient cleanliness of the room secret agent with visible fingerprints on the mirrors. No remote control to operate the DVD player and no alternative despite our request in the early evening. Disappointing given the theme of the room: it was not possible to watch a James Bond movie. Breakfast little varied and insufficient considering the category of the hotel.

A hotel with a good location and an unusual romantic setting but the rooms have very little light, romantic yes but practicality 0!

I had booked a room in the middle price range including breakfast. With a room rate of over 300 per night, I was hoping for a little more. The cleanliness in the room (305) left a lot to be desired. I fell something and used the flashlight of my smartphone due to the subtle lighting (which can be rated as nice). What I saw then frightened me very much. Dirt and dust everywhere you can't get there easily. On the second night only part of the (if it goes) beautiful lighting went on. We reported this to reception, but unfortunately it was not possible to turn the lighting back on.
I would describe the breakfast as very clear. The staff was friendly and tried hard. For me, the price / performance ratio was ultimately not right.

My favorite hotel is beautiful and sweet and its airy atmosphere is suitable for honeymooners not to miss

The top Suite Relax with terrace and jacuzzi. Very helpful staff and room service.

Hyper disappointed, hygiene remains to be reviewed! We had champagne chilled on our return the fridge did not even work! Everything had rotten! And in the morning at 10am know that there is a noise not possible in the corridors of the housekeeper!

We spent one night at the hotel, room compliant to the website, clean, good bedding, friendly staff and we had a lovely attention on our arrival.

An original place, tastefully decorated! We spent a night a little out of time discreet and pleasant staff. We will surely return!

Original themed decor. As gamers my wife and I loved the use of LED lighting throughout the room.

Having stayed three times in the Seven I can only congratulate all the team. A hotel out of the ordinary.

The cleanliness. For a room at 200 euro it's not the best. Very chalky shower heads. Curtains with stains and dust.
And the parking lot is not accessible if you have a sedan.

SEVEN HOTEL is the name of a hotel with fantastic decor that welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere, at the corner of rue Berthollet in Paris. This is the place to meet in an intimate setting for romantic stays or to have a good time with family.

Within its walls, it has 28 comfortable rooms and suites that offer panoramic views of the Latin Quarter and the lively street of Mouffetard. To speak only the suite 007 which is dedicated to James Bond, the Lovez-vous suite of the ground floor which is intended for lovers, Marie-Antoinette room and others to discover.

Regarding the rate, the night for two people is from 167 euros. If you want to have a good breakfast to start your day well, plan a supplement of 21 euros.

Ampoules that fall apart, the boards of the shower that are not fixed .. dim rooms but other than that a very good experience, I recommend!

Concept of levitation bed and double bathroom with view of the room very nice, but in our opinion it is clearly not worth the price, especially very disappointed by the very expensive breakfast for what it is: not the everything varied, nothing to eat, disgusting coffee and stained sofas.

Superior design room. It's been a long time since I wanted to go. Maybe that's the reason I was disappointed. The finishes are clearly to be reviewed. Rust in the sink. Tap that is not nickel. Painting to review. Shower floor ... do not talk about it. Good bedding. High bed is nice. The windows everywhere very nice. And very good point: the two faucets in the shower that can take a real shower to two ac each shower! Very well thought. Doors only. But finishes and detail to review. breakfast very decent but far from excellent as some say. Good point for salmon and cheese, good idea of pastries but we can do better in terms of quality. DAMMAN tea at the top as well as cereal bread. Reception at the reception very smiling and pleasant. All in all a good stay but I was expecting much better. Ah yes I forgot: cleaning the elevator to review absolutely, and wallpaper torn off when you go out of the elevator pr go to lil ... ABSOLUTELY NOT AT THE HEIGHT OF A 4 STAR HOTEL IN PARIS . Besides, I do not understand all his stars ...

Good hotel, but some flaws in the rooms like a skirting board, dusty vents, a neon flashing, no paper explaining the operation of the coffee machine (which certainly were made available for free but in a 4 *, to offer two capsules of coffee to the customers seems to me of the order of the normal one). For 180 euros (the price I paid) it is very acceptable, for 450 euros (price displayed at the hotel) it is absolutely unacceptable.
Positive evaluation but with room to improve especially if the tariffs conventionally practiced are around 400 euros.
