Call two days before staying at the hotel to book a Designer suite which was promoted on their website, when we arrived there we were told that we had been upgraded to a Cabaret room! But you must give a deposit of 150 for a stay of 480
The room was not at all to our taste so we decided not to stay in this hotel, the receptionist (unfriendly and understandable in these words) was not able to certify our refund to us a deaf dialogue during 10 minutes ... we are still waiting for the refund ...
Really disappointed with a supposedly 4 star hotel ...
