This company is amazing!!!! We had a valve fail in the middle of the night resulting in water everywhere!!! Servepro was onsite immediately with a full staff and all the necessary equipment. My husband and I were devastated since we just built this home. We had to move things out, we had to find a place to stay, it was crazy!! The staff of Servepro and Matt Amber Flinders were amazing! They used the perfect amount of profession and empathy to help us get everything set up we needed. FAST and excellent service. The full crew was at our house within two hours of the call about the water line break. Very responsive throughout the week long process of water removal and drying out.
We had a house fire this year. Matt with Serv Pro set our minds at ease. I had absolutely no idea where to start. Who do I call first? Electric, plumber, ect..? Matt spoke to us and let us know everything is gonna be okay.
He not only cleaned our home but he also took charge into getting us back into our home. He took all the stress and called everyone (electric, plumbers, contractors) and handled the headache of a fire. Matt and his crew was amazing. Anything that went wrong, they made sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. He even dealt with our insurance company to get us what we needed fixed.
Amber in the office was amazing with the math and paperwork. She made sure all numbers added up and kept great communication with us and the insurance company.
