Shady at its finest. So glad original plan fell through. I should've known when. I called Leleni set an appointment for an estimate. Guy arrives and advises there's a $150.00 service call which leleni didn't mention. He says no problem I'll waive the fee. After checking everything he advises that he'll email estimates. Week later no estimate I call they are now 3 months backed up and can't give me the original estimate because they don't know if he ever did one. I'm like then what was he doing at my house that whole time? When you get warning signs listen.
If I could vote zero I would all day long! This place was a joke! Someone else filled out paperwork and called giving me no choice but to be there. My grandma passed away and there was a lot of blood. They charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money. Due to the other person calling and started filling out paperwork, when I got there my signature was REQUIRED for them to do work. They then decided to sue me because my signature was on the form for TWICE the amount of what was owed.
To begin with it wasn t my responsibility but yet they wanted to come for me
My 92 year-old mother had a kitchen fire which, while contained, filled her entire home with thick, noxious smoke. It permeated the furniture, carpet, and walls. It even affected her grand piano. The ServPro team (of Adriana, Susanna, Eddie, and Domingo....along with supervisor Anthony) came in and worked for over a week to put my mother's home back to original condition. They were professional and thorough, and (most importantly) considerate of my mother. While I hope we never have to use their services again, I wholeheartedly recommend ServPro to anyone who needs any kind of "restoration".
