Great service with fan installation, packing of interior contents, and terrific follow up throughout the entire process!

We had the pleasure of working with Taylor Sorensen during our crisis. He was amazing! There wasn't one single time that I texted or called and he didn't respond, and that is so very important when you have a flooding crisis! He was calm and collected, got the job done asap and even went above and beyond what was required of him. He ran boxes over the night before when we last minute decided to pack our own things, answered any and all questions even if it wasn't his department and was always offering to help in any way possible. His dedication and kindness was a breath of fresh air and we cannot praise him enough! Thank you so much Taylor Sorensen!

Packout was done in a timely manner and well efficiently.

ServPro was wonderful helping me clean up and dry up water after the hose on my steam dryer broke loose. They were prompt and courteous. The pricing was fair and reasonable. TJ and his partner were wonderful!

Taylor was out the next day, he was very professional and communicative. Roman did a great job on clean up!

***Edit** hired servpro to do the repairs on my house. That's was a huge mistake ! It's still not finishe. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks and it's still not done. I will update this review more when finished but I would not recommend this company ever again

I hired them to pack and move my house, and then clean it. Both the cleaning crews and the moving crews where so professional and respectful (at all times). Made the hard job of moving less stressful. I highly recommend them.

Today I called with mold concerns. I spoke to Kayla. She was beyond helpful. She answered all my questions and followed up with her Manager Mark for the ones she was not sure about. She got Mark to call me. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions. I did not spend any money or agree to use them yet they treated me like a paying customer. This speaks volumes of their customer service. Thank you Kayla and Mark!

Extremely professional and polite. We dealt with TJ and Harvey and can not say enough good things about them both. Thanks for the great experience with an awful situation. Five stars and I would certainly recommend.

This company came in and explained everything to me in detail and immediately went to work! They were great. I felt 100X better about staying in my home when the work was completed. I would definitely recommend.
