From the minute we walked in the door until the minute we left we felt welcomed. Everyone was extremely patient and kind. My son was really nervous and they took the time to explain everything and at no point did they rush him. It s decorated really cute and cheery too. I would definitely recommend KinderSmile to anyone who has children!
My son has been going to KinderSmile for 2 years now after struggling to find a caring pediatric dentist. He is always so eager to get to his appointments and use the sand timers to brush his teeth, while being accompanied by one of the gentle staff members. The staff and Dentists are always professional and show their patients nothing but respect! I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say in regards to the cleanliness of the facility, the customer service or the timing for everything! He will continue to go there as will my next child!
I love the atmosphere but, young women African girl. She was so unprofessional she kept saying codes words. That made me very uncomfortable. The other staff was excellent.

Awesome Dentist office
Staff are very polite and helpful and the hygentist my boys had very friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff laugh with your kids and really make them feel less nervous. Dr. KAY IS FANTASTIC!!! The whole office is light, bright and clean. Extra precautions are being enforced, so I had no issues the last time we were there. Totally recommend.

It was my 15yr old first visit to this office. Once service was completed, he said "I really liked that dentist. It was fast and they were all friendly". I personally appreciated how well kept the office was as well as the short wait time from the time we walked in until we were called. Staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating.
As soon as we opened the front door, every person was as sweet and kind as one person can be. It was my 3 year olds first time and every person made him feel comfortable and calm the whole time. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
My son is very happy with all the personnel. Very polite, efficient and quick as well.
