Doesn`t even warrant one star, completed first page on Bennetts bike insurance, that`s as far as it went couldn`t get past first page.

Having left adverse feed back on how I was dealt with by Lloyds insurance and clicked finish I received a new screen that said sorry something went wrong and the feed back didn't go anywhere. Funny that but not surprising in this day and age of wall flowers and snowflakes that don't like negative feed back when that has been the customers experience.

I'm not a customer of this company, I have never given them consent to contact me and yet they have sent me an email asking me to take part in one of there surveys? Why ? Have they not been informed that GDPR has come into affect and they need to have my permission to contact me.
