I have been a ServiceLink NOTARY since 2005 and have found them to be extremely professional to deal with and very responsive to my needs and also to the consumers whom use them. Like all of us yes they at time's have an individual having a bad moment or a bad day. But these moments are few and far between. After all they are human. For the most part they make me feel like I'm one of the team not just a dime a dozen notary. AS A MATTER OF FACT I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY I WORK WITH SERVICELINK AND IT'S OTHER AFFILIATES. I consider this company and it's affiliates to be the CLASS of the industry they serve.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. This company and it's broken promises literally has me currently HOMELESS and living in a hotel!

Service Link sent an appraiser out to my new home August 18th. To date the mortgage company still does not have the appraisal and they (Service Link) has come up with several variations of lies via e-mails which I have primarily through there Organizational Team Lead, Betsy Krausa. The first story was the appraiser had a family emergency, next they were unable to reach the appraiser for over two weeks, then the appraiser has COVID. I was supposed to close on my new home on August 31st. My file is complete and ready to go all that is missing is the appraisal. Furthermore, Service Link has refused to send out another appraiser after they have been paid since August 6th. The management at this company to include Gregg Lovelace have done nothing but send an e-mail on how they plan to council the appraiser. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RESOLVE THIS and the seller is now threatening to take this home back off of contract.

As a publicist, I will be reaching out to every local news agency in DC, MD, VA, and PA and contacting all the other people who have left bad reviews to make sure everyone knows how horrible Service Link is. In addition, I will be reporting there bad business practices to the BBB. At this point I'm basically HOMELESS due to this company and it's poor management and service so I have time. ~LaMar Ayers

I work as a vendor for their property maintenance. ServiceLink is our favorite client! Our representatives, Kindi and Tim, are always very helpful and responsive. Their order instructions are clear and they are always a phone call or email away if we have any questions. If we ever have an invoice issue, the help resolve it immediately. I wish all our clients were run as efficiently as ServiceLink.

Everyone at Service Link is very helpful and knowledgeable. I can always count on them to give me the info i need or resolve any disputes quickly. Service Link is one of the better Preservation Companies to work with.

Stay as far away from this place as you can- both ...

Stay as far away from this place as you can- both as a workplace, and as a business. There was barely any training to handle people s FINANCIAL business and MORTGAGE LOANS! We saw people s addresses, social security # s very personal info with about a week of training. Things are always going wrong bc nobody knows how to do their jobs correctly, leaving customers to suffer. This place is a scam

We are fairly new with ServiceLink but feel completely taken care of. Communication is key to any relationship and we feel that they go over and above. They are understanding when we have issues in the field and we know that we are all on the same team which is the most important thing. Looking forward to many more years partnering with them.

I have been working with ServiceLink for over 10 years and I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I would and do recommend them to my clients and friends and acquaintances. They are very responsive if you have any issues and they quickly solve the problem if one comes up. They are a great organization with whom to be associated. Keep up the good work ServiceLink!

I'm a notary vendor for ServiceLink. I've worked with them for 10+ years. They always pay on time and if I need help they are always quick to give answers. Auto assign is nice for work. Sometimes I miss hearing the schedulers voices though.

I have been a Closing Agent with ServiceLink in Connecticut for almost a year and my experience has been nothing but positive. I have had a positive experience with all of the individuals that I have spoken with and it's use of technology makes handling closings easy. I have found that the professionals I work with are quick to respond to issues and give clear instructions when needed. All in all, I have had a very positive experience with ServiceLink.

They are the best in property preservation business. Quick payment, good volume and most importantly best market managers make this company different from others in this industry. Kindi, Haemi, Sheila and Tim are awesome.
