48 times I've had to call to get the phone picked up

The 5 stars that I put are an irony. 10 hours trying to access the system which tells you 30 minutes to go for hours and then hangs. But the good thing is the heading.Your time is important to us.they have lacked to put a pepper.How can you organize this so badly?

The staff are friendly but poorly run, poorly organized, so they send you around, and you end up getting fed up with this flawed public system. It is a shame to be paying taxes for this service when any other private company would give better service for less cost. We are becoming more and more like Venezuela.

They are very friendly, but even they are not clear about the processes they have to follow, causing you to wander like a lost soul in your building. I have come due to a situation with my doctor that is causing anxiety attacks and after going through the IB salut offices I am ten times worse.
