The worse Customer Service 'EVER!! I purchased three puzzles, i did not want two of them; they were never opened; Serious Shops would not even send a return label. They are terrible to work with; don't purchase from them! Buyer Beware!!!

Very poor customer service and business practice! ...

Very poor customer service and business practice! I purchased a puzzle and had shipped direct to my daughter as a gift. She assembled the puzzle upon receipt and discovered a piece was missing. She wanted to frame this puzzle. I contacted Serious Puzzles and they would not stand behind the products they sell and told me I had to contact the manufacturer for replacement of the puzzle. They should make this right with their customer and then deal with their vendor accordingly.

I ordered $70 worth of puzzles on 4/27/20 for my 8...

I ordered $70 worth of puzzles on 4/27/20 for my 86 year old mother who is still in quarantine, but has done all the puzzles she owns already. She still has not received them. When i call, the automated machine takes my name and number and says it will contact me in a few days when my "turn" comes up in line. I was beginning to wonder if this company was legit or if I had been scammed. I'm still not sure! I will update my review accordingly.

I was contacted immediately after posting this review, both here and by email but have never received that call back. I understand things might be challenging out there. They are suppose to be refunding my money.

UPDATE: I did finally get a refund.
