Very poor customer service and business practice! ...
Very poor customer service and business practice! I purchased a puzzle and had shipped direct to my daughter as a gift. She assembled the puzzle upon receipt and discovered a piece was missing. She wanted to frame this puzzle. I contacted Serious Puzzles and they would not stand behind the products they sell and told me I had to contact the manufacturer for replacement of the puzzle. They should make this right with their customer and then deal with their vendor accordingly.
