I started to go to Serenity Rejuvenation Center for laser hair removal as a gift for my 16th birthday. Laser hair removal was something I have wanted for years, as having thick body hair was an insecurity of mine. The doctor filled me in on everything that they were going to do and I could not have felt more comfortable. The staff are so kind and welcoming. I really like the lady who does the laser treatment, she is very kind and makes the process go by in a breeze. The pain is almost unnoticeable, and goes away within seconds. I started using the numbing cream for purchase on more sensitive areas. After a few treatments, I haven't needed to shave in months and my once extremely thick hair is now very thin and light! I couldn't be more happier!

I am writing a review regarding Botox for facial wrinkles. Dr. O'Connell and staff are professional, punctual, kind, and skilled. Before and after photos were awesome in fine tuning the dose each time. Highly recommend.

Doing a tattoo removal (small wrist tattoos). Dr. O'Connell is great, talks you through the entire process and will work at your pace. It's a painful process, but SRC makes it as comfortable as possible.

I have had multiple procedures done here: PicoSure tattoo removal, and in about 4 sessions, I had complete removal of my tattoos. I ve also had Botox done and with both procedures, I had good experiences with communication, assurance, and results. They are also very accommodating with scheduling, very kind, and professional. I look forward to having even more procedures done here.

I have been going to Serenity for the past few months for my laser hair removal. I have seen fantastic results, and I actually plan on doing laser on other parts of my body as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The office is also very clean.

This is regarding Dr. O'Connell's Preventative Medicine/Men's Health Program. Great value for the expertise provided. Clearly well read and well educated. My program included consultation, lab interpretation, lifestyle discussion, medication management, symptom monitoring, body composition assessment . After having signed up for a year long program at another Bellevue Testosterone mill, this was an entirely different experience. Akin to a concierge medicine model. 5 star. This doc knows his stuff! Highly recommend!

After extensive research on tattoo removal in the Seattle area I chose SRC and Dr. O'Connell in Bellevue, WA for the process. They use the picosend laser (PicoSure)- which through my research and after Dr. O'Connell's consultation - proved to be the best available option. I have darker skin and have several tribal deep black tattoos. I had 6 sessions and was very pleased. My goal was a clean slate for a new tattoo on my chest wall. Thanks for the expertise and the great customer service! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this clinic. I went her for laser hair removal and an IPL treatment for the little red lines all over my nose and cheeks. The doctor was very professional and the laser technician answered all my questions.

I have been battling TMJ pain for quite some time. My dentist recommended I find a good injector of Botox and to give this a try. I found Dr. O'Connell at Serenity Rejuvenation Center. His backgroung looked unique to me, one of the only medical specialties where botox is actually trained in residency. He did his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. I must say I am amazed at 2 months I am 95 percent better in terms of pain and I even got some jaw contouring and a slimmer profile to my face having received the treatment. 100 percent highly recommend. I've been going to this place for over a year now for laser hair removal. I've had a great experience. I have been happy with the results and rates they charge are very reasonable. The premises are very clean. My technician is Rubye and she is amazing. She works with my tolerance level and lets me have breaks appropriate to my sensitivity. I've appreciated the continuity in being able to have a single technician for the duration of the treatment of areas. I've recommended it to several friends and recommend it to those who are considering laser hair removal.

The staff is kind and attentive despite me being an awkward mess, and I can't argue with the results of my skin treatment! Extremely 5/5.

It s been 3 weeks since my MiraDry treatment and I couldn t be happier! I was a little nervous due to the videos that are out there, but the procedure at Serenity was completely different. They used an injectable applicator that made the process of numbing so fast and easy. The actual procedure took about an hour and it was a breeze. You are completely numb so all you feel is a little pressure. I have suffered from excessive sweating ever since I can remember and for once in my life my underarms are dry and odor free. I haven t used deodorant or antiperspirant since the day before the treatment. Yay me! I would totally recommend this treatment for anyone suffering from excessive sweating in their underarms or stinky pits ;)

This is a great place to enjoy real confidence in a medical spa. Each procedure that I have had at Serenity Rejuvenation Center has been exceptional. No pressure, great prices, great advice, and skilled practitioners. This is indeed a medical spa where to can relax and feel that you are in good hands.

This is a very good laser hair removal Centre. The staff is really good and they are aware of what they are doing. I would highly recommend Kristina there. She is really good at that.

I had a laser hair removal appointment. The appointment went more quickly than originally estimated. With a cooling gel, the pain during the procedure was mild. My technician, Crystal, was friendly.

I was very interested in coolsculpting ever since I saw the commercial on tv. I searched for providers close to me and I found Serenity Rejuvenation Center. I was very pleased with the consultation and the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure I am the right candidate before we started the treatment. The treatment was smooth, it did hurt a bit the first 10 minutes and after that I was fine. I was able to catch up with some of my favorite Netflix series. I recommend this place.

Cool Sculptung is something that I have been wanting to try for a very long time and I have been looking for a place that I could trust that had proven results. Having any type of medical procedure where there is a risk of complications means that I want nothing but the best! Serenity Rejuvenation Center M ed Spa has been absolutely wonderful and exceeded my expectations. My initial consultation was super informative and Dr. O Connell , Sherry were beyond patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. Beautiful, amazing, talented people , very knowledgeable and know how to make people feel good and look good. Definitely going back?

I had Picosure focus for melasma 4 weeks ago and am thrilled with the results. Had follow up today-photos before and after were amazing. Parking was easy. Front desk woman was very pleasant. Dr. O'Connell was very detailed and professional throughout explaining process, treatment, and follow up. I'll be back.

Dr. Steve and his wife are absolutely amazing. I came in for a consult for tattoo removal, and decided to move forward with Dr. Steve because he gave so much information and detail about the procedure so I felt informed.
On my first appointment I was incredibly nervous and scared. Dr. Steve and his wife made sure I was comfortable and made my first appointment so easy and calming. He also made sure I was informed of wound care and told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. I m so glad I found Dr. Steve and his wife, and can t wait for my next appointments!

I have had four positive experiences at Serenity getting my tattoo laser removed. They take care to make sure you are comfortable during this procedure. They answered all my questions patiently. And best of all, my tattoo is almost gone!

Interestingly I met Dr. O'Connell as a botox client in 2012- and loved the service and the vibe there at Serenity Rejuvenation Center. I ended up working there as a nurse for a couple of years - then moved out of the state for husbands job, but we are now back in the area. Did my first picosure and hair removal today. The staff are welcoming and Dr. O'Connell is very professional and thorough. Sherry is also very friendly and precise on my hair removal. Still have 2 more treatments to follow up. I have had acne scars and pigmentation issue for a long time. I can't wait to see the result in the upcoming days. Actually was impressed with the coolsculptong consult.Dr. O'Connell was very comprehensive in discussing subcutaneous fat vs.visceral fat and how to address each type of tissue. Their prices were also very competitive. Also excited that they will be ably to measure both totat fat and visceral fat with device that they have. Anyway 5 star and I was happy with the service and the whole process!

I had a friend recommend Serenity Rejuvenation to me a couple years ago. She was getting a laser hair removal treatment and saw an ad for their picosure laser, which removes tattoos. I had been getting tattoo removal treatments with a q-switch laser but the picosure laser promised fewer sessions and a much smaller chance of scarring. Switching to Serenity Rejuvenation to get my tattoo removed was the best thing I could have done. I have been going to school in Oregon and I would plan weekends to come to Bellevue just to get a laser treatment from them. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they made me feel very comfortable for a rather uncomfortable process. I first started my removal process in August of 2015 and had four q-switch treatments before switching to Serenity Rejuvenation in December of 2015. I have had five treatments with them since (I did not get any during summer 2016 in order to avoid potential scarring from the sun), and my tattoo is practically gone. There is a little shadow of it still, but you wouldn't really be able to see it unless you were looking for it. I would absolutely recommend going to Serenity Rejuvenation Center and seeing Dr. O'Connell for any tattoo removal process.

I have been a long time customer of Serenity. I had laser hair removal and fungal laser procedures. Dr. O'Connell remembered me, even after I hadnt been there in years (deployments and long trips away). I was very impressed.
The laser team there always treated me well, and were flexible with me.
A few times the Doctor had family issues arise and they had to reschedule me a couple of times. That was inconvenient, and I also know that life happens. Overall, a very good experience there.

I interviewed three different facilities that offer Miradry procedure for sweating. Only at one did the doctor do the consultation and the procedure - Anyway I was impressed with the presentation from Dr. O'Connell- so I booked two days later . Front desk was great , as far as scheduling , timing, an appointment reminder, and follow up. The treatment did involve injectable numbing - The procedure was painless. The overall experience was 5 star . Most importantly the sweat was gone the next day. I had swelling and lumpiness as the DR. explained. But I am ecstatic as I have not used antiperspirant a single day in 90 days. A god send. Thank you so much Serenity Rejuvenation Center ! I have since referred a couple friends for the service. They do alot - so - my wife is interested now in a few things- and trusts the process so she has set up a consulation.

I found Serenity Rejuvenation Center on Google for tattoo removal. I must say everything has been a great experience over all; my initial consultation was very professional and provided all the information I needed, the wait time for the first session was virtually non-existent, the service is decently priced and the actual session was very efficient, staff very enjoyable, however, EXTREMELY PAINFUL. The doctor explained that the procedure used the latest technology, so I know there was nothing more that could have been done, but I was in no way expecting it to feel like the ink was literally getting burned by a sharp pointed laser in each of my fingers. But I will say they provided a tennis like ball to hold onto for dear life, and the pain subsided almost instantly once each letter was gone over. I guess each session takes a full 6 weeks for the ink to fade, so I can only hope the results will be as impressive as my experience at Serenity Rejuvenation Center.
