A very nice, beautiful and relaxing hotel
Staff is very polite and helpful
Food is great with nice variations and quality
Room is very clean and comfortable
Activities are the only downside because their aqua park and kids area for example are closed due to COVID19 situation
Bathrooms are always clean
Pools are nice and clean with one heated pool and 2 pools of salted water
In general, the hotel is very recommended for anyone seeking a clean comfortable and relaxing place

Heaven on earth, having enjoyed a wonderful holidays at the Serenity Makadi Beach we were expecting great things and we were NOT disappointed. A beautiful room with outstanding view, spotlessly clean and lovely furnishings. Fabulous food and so much choice.The swimming pools are just amazing and great snorkling to at the beach. But it was the staff who made the whole experience perfect. Poles (reception manager) and Ismael (lobby Bar) were so lovely, as were all the staff from the restaurant. Great service in the snacks from everyone. Special thanks to Aladin Aly (general manager) for his kindness. The management went out of the way to meet our every need and we felt like we had spent our holiday with family. If you are looking for a taste of paradise, go to the Serenity and you can count on having a fabulous holiday. AND the sun shine every single day too. Hope to be back next year.

Amazing experienced to stay at this hotel with my two little kids. You can explore fun city and kids enjoy a lot. Beach is also very peaceful..as there are no sand Beach so you can not swim here but you can walk inside the sea almost 0.5 km. And that is amazing experience. Hotel room are very big and clean with all need ful amenities... hotel staff is very kind and supportive. One thing I didn't like it that there is only few items to eat for vegetarian people...All over experience is really very very good...love to go there again...

It is a very beautiful resort with good facilities. When we arrived to the hotel the check-in process was fast and professional. The rooms are cleaned daily, the furniture is OK, the beds are big and comfortable. The garden is amazing with green grass, beautiful trees and flowers, like a botanical garden. The food is varied and most of them tasty. One minus for me was the quality of the beverages, there should be some improvements. The stuff is friendly, really helpful and always happy. :) The beach is perfect for snorkeling and relaxing. The water is crystal clear with stunning underwater flora and fauna. All in all we had a great holiday at Serenity Makadi Beach hotel.

Lovely scenery and gardens in the hotel. The aqua park is AMAZING! And I love the coral reefs and enjoyed the snorkeling.
You need swimming shoes to go to the beach and they are useful everywhere else.

Love how hotel management keeps moving around and checking that everyone is comfortable.

Loved the warm welcome, rooms are very clean and spacious. Corona precautions are very strict. Loved the food. Wife was sick so went to clinic where they took very good care of her. Special thanks to Dr. Ahmed and his colleague and thanks to Youssef in Animation.

Awesome staff and place. The sea is not good but everything is stunning very friendly ppl. Huge aqua water for teenagers and for kids

1) Covid Precautions are highly taken into consideration.

2) Staff and Managment are 100 percent on point. Every person is willing to help with a smile and giving you the best service they can offer a special thanks to the Bartender Shehab *Great Personality*.

3) Quality and Quantity of food is on point. With Variety of food at lunch and dinner. Regardless of the amazing breakfast.

4) from its name its such a serenity and a quiet place for relaxation with no noise at all.
There is not a far away an aqua park for fun and children.

5) Can't forget the beach views and the colorful fish you see during snorkeling and Diving.

6) Can't thank the manager Alaa enough for his great Hospitality and endurance in work that was highly recongnizable and well seen during my whole stay. Thank you very much.

7) At last I highly recommend for everyone such a place for serenity and peace and lovely relaxing vacation away from City noises.

Amazing staff that's always willing to help and improve your stay to make it perfect...A great variety of food that tastes really good. Their pools are beyond exceptional. Overall, excellent hotel and resort that offers something for all ages.
