Was looking to hire a property manager for a single-family home. Made the mistake of calling the Ponte Vedra office. Had the misfortune of speaking with a PM who was condescending, insulting and rude. Glad she showed her true colors up front but it's sad that some people feel the need to be unnecessarily obnoxious. Allowing people like this to hang around doesn't bode well for Coldwell Banker. Good help is hard to find!

I am renting a property and Dulce Lake is the property manager. Dulce is extremely rude. She does not repair issues quickly. Whenever contact is made with her she is immediately rude and condescending to all of the residents in the property. Every point of contact has been a headache and she has given financial information to the previous tenant. Dulce even went as far as trying to have me pay the previous tenant rent because Coldwell banker drafted from his account. Instead of the company refunding the person directly, she told me to pay a stranger rent because of her mix up. She sends me harassing emails and attempts to collect late fees for a check that was never attempted to cash at the bank. I was warned by previous tenants that Dulce is difficult to deal with. I loved the property and hoped that she wasn t as bad as she had been described, however unfortunately she turned out to be 100x s worse than expected. She sends harassing emails and texts messages. Dulce argues repeatedly instead of working to repair whatever the issue is. She even asked me on my initial walkthrough of causing rust in the claw foot tub. I had only been there a few weeks. Whenever I had an issue with the A/C, dryer leaking sludge, scratches on the door from previous tenant she blames me. I can say without a shadow of doubt that I would never recommend renting a property if Dulce Lake is involved in the property management! If I could give her negative stars I would.
