Why are they taking money off my account, strange for I I never set a direct debit
Took money from my account for over a year without any contract, never issued a membership card or anything ( I had been a member of a different gym which used Serco to collect payments 3 years before so guess they got my details from there). I told my bank who then claimed my money back and i had a letter from the membership team saying they agreed with my claim bit then steps in MS S Khamkar who started off OK but when i then sent the letter i had said the person who sent it didn't have the authority and she would be investigating further. I have now waited three weeks and heard nothing and chased her four times. In my last conversation she was very rude and is clearly a jobsworth with little social skills
