I was advised by my mortgage broker not to buy in Manchester and not to buy through Sequre. However, I thought I would give it a go...and the experience has been excellent in fact. The sales representative at Sequre showed me an apartment in the centre of Manchester, I bought it, the whole experience was simple and at all stages I received any advice I needed. I have had the apartment now for two years, its been managed by Ascend who are sister company to Sequre and they have been excellent and both years they have achieved higher rent return plus the capital value has increased by 20%. So, in summary...I am now looking again through Sequre.
My husband and I have bought several properties through Daniel at Sequre and have always found him to be up front, well-informed and quick to respond. We have also been delighted with his commitment to us as clients; supporting us with any post-completion issues which arise, rather than handing us over to a more junior team member as soon as the sale is through, as some other companies certainly would.

Pretty good, have a selection of properties which yield well service is friendly any they walk you through deals. You need to be clear on what you are after though since like most sales based businesses they can be a little on the hard sell side. Would recommend if you know what you want.
