She gives Sequium a bad name even though they are a good company as she would say one bad Apple ruin the bunch that s her it s unbearable working for At&T Cox if u apply an get hire do not work for that department steer clear she has favorites an makes the rules according to her emotions an they don t apply to everyone I will never tell my source but I requested to see my punch in time compared to the time I take my first call an she denied me my right an told me she was not gonna do that. Just know that karma is real the hole u dig for another u will fall in. Sequium asset solutions remove the problem or u will continue to lose hardworking good employees. This company has reported a collection account to my husbands credit report. They reported the same amount 3 times in the same month. I have tried to call them but it transfers me to a voicemail
I know we never pay late and we are 100% sure we don't owe any money to nobody because we are excelent at paying everything on time.
There's no account number and it doesn't say who we owe it. Looking at all these reviews it's obvious that they a fraud. A lot of us should get together and file a huge lawsuit against them.
This agency made no attempt to contact me prior to posting a debt to my credit report. I had no idea I had the debt with the company. I called the company to discuss the debt when i saw it on my credit report on May 24, 2021 and the balance was reduced by $160. 374 to 214. This company made absolutely no attempt to contact me. They claimed to have received my account May 16 2021, but the account was opened March 16 2021. I believe this is illegal. Their failure to contact me prior to posting this on my credit report was not only wrong, but unethical. Their decision affected my credit score drastically. However, I resolved the balance and hope this sort of action by this collection agency is addressed.
This Company keeps coming up on my phone and calling me at weird hours. So I finally answer, they say I owe whatever amount of money through an automated system. And it says press 1 to pay and press 2 to talk to someone. I press 2 a lady answers the phone like I called her and asked my name. When I said you tell me you called me, she said you called us what is your name. I argued back and said no you tell me! You called me! I had not looked them up prior. The lady said since you won t give me your name I can t help you and hung up on me.
This fraudulent company pinged onto my credit report. I called them twice to find out what in the world was going on. I was hung up on by two separate reps. Utterly shocking. Like I've worked financial care collecting debts for telecom. Hanging up on an inbound caller was, is, and should remain grounds for termination. Clearly that isn't the case at Sequium. Which is why Sequium gets a one star review.
On the bright side, Experian deleted the remark from my report 3 hours after I disputed it. They must know what is up with this disgrace of an entity.
This company is very unprofessional and incompetent which is probably why Comcast likes using them. The two companies share that in common. I was trying to fix some booking issues with my Comcast account, and requested to have a supervisor call back. I was told it would be 24-48 hours. In the meantime, I had Sequium calling me. They always avoided any questions I asked them out when I mentioned that I was already working with Comcast in this, and they continued to proceed with their script. They call from a fictitious number that matches your area code, but you can t call it back. How are you idiots expecting a customers /victim to do business with you if they can t call you back?
Yup been dealing with them for a couple of years now have told them multiple times stop calling yet guess what they KEEP CALLING. The information they have is incorrect oh and top it off the debt is for unreturned equipment from charter communications only problem is I RETURNED the equipment so again tell me how and WHY I continue to be HARASSED by these parasites calling them cockroaches would be a blessing at least cockroaches actually serve some useful purpose on the planet.
Called me today saying I owe Spectrum money despite my never having an account with them saying I owe them for equipment costs. I called them back after calling spectrum and them saying I don't owe anything, Told them there's no reason they should be calling me because I never had an account with spectrum they shoved me into something saying please hold and blasting 1 second of music over and over until it eventually hung up. I know its fake purely because Spectrum would've told me if I owed them money.
They call at absurd hours.
They call almost 6 times a day and every time i answer they just go silent and don't say anything.
Calling me at 6am and not responding when i answer day in and day out.
I owe 1k to court costs the fact they harass you this mich for 1k is honestly insane.
I call back and trying to reach them but it just tried to force me into payment with no explanation.
If this company is Legit its the poorest excuse of a communications company.
