Very unprofessional service. Please give these guys some chairs when they're taller than the stage, it was very distracting to see them constantly chatting and walking around for no reason. We paid to see the band, not the guards and their dramas. 0 stars.
Called this company and the service was horrible. The women always rude and had no idea that she worked for a security company.

They always do a great job! Even when I am working an event, they check to make sure I am allowed through. The security guards are friendly and well mannered. From small events to large events, I know I can always count on them. I have worked with them personally on a few occasions. I would recommend to anyone looking for security for their next event.
It s a huge company dealing with lots of people. Some guards are really nice, helpful friendly and professional. They hire from the younger generation they have a really bad attitude, some has no license and no qualifications to be there, on top of it they are very lazy.
They also have great and helpful supervisors very nice to work with on the events and also a few very unprofessional supervisors who s not qualified for the position. They don t put people by qualification to held a position, some officers for them just a body. Lots of favoritism.
You just have to choose your battles . It s a great part time job to meet lots of wonderful coworkers who s fun to work with. Stay with the good ones.

Spent a pretty penny on WrestleMania tickets for my girlfriend and I, you d think the guards would be kinder considering that WWE is a fake, children s show. Unfortunately Sentrys guards were more focused on intimidating and disrespecting people than actually focusing on safety.
I think this company needs to add a mandatory training on how to talk to and deal with people, it s obvious some of these guards are ex convicts and people with minimal social interaction, they are unskilled at dealing with people in a normal way. I really think this company needs to work on its customer service. Until then, they re just another ghetto security company with terrible google reviews.
I was visiting the bucs game against the Vikings and met a gentleman named Jayme. He came and personally introduced himself to myself and every single person in the section. I ve never had a staff member of sentry come to me like he has and
Be so personable. Definitely somebody who cares about his job and the company he works for and definitely somebody that I would look forward to seeing at future games
Great place to work for if your looking to be at all the best events but, some workers can be extremely rude to those who dont know the environment of a fast paced job.
