It s a huge company dealing with lots of people. Some guards are really nice, helpful friendly and professional. They hire from the younger generation they have a really bad attitude, some has no license and no qualifications to be there, on top of it they are very lazy.
They also have great and helpful supervisors very nice to work with on the events and also a few very unprofessional supervisors who s not qualified for the position. They don t put people by qualification to held a position, some officers for them just a body. Lots of favoritism.
You just have to choose your battles . It s a great part time job to meet lots of wonderful coworkers who s fun to work with. Stay with the good ones.
