My husband is about to qualify for Medicare and we have been inundated with mail, advice from friends and family, and we just didn't know where to start. A family member referred us to Senior Savings and I thought it would be a high pressure sales pitch but it totally wasn't. Kendall was amazingly patient, answered EVERY question and made sure we understood all our options and the pricing and then....NO PRESSURE to do anything right then...she left it with "let me know when you decide which option you want, or if you have more questions, or if you want to look at additional options"...she sent us an email link so we could make an appointment with her at a later time once we were ready to lock something in or if we didn't more info so we didn't have to start over with a new person. When we had an appointment she was on time...one time she was running behind and somebody called and let us know and didn't leave us hanging. I was so overwhelmed and they just made it all so easy...I don't normally leave reviews BUT I am here because if you need Medicare...you need to call Senior Savings! I have already recommended them to a friend who is as confused as I was...and will call them again once I get to the age to qualify.
The company has kept in contact with us all the way since signing up for Medicare. I can t really say how they respond when you have a problem after you start your Medicare process. But I can say that they worked to find us the best for our needs. Now will the company be there when & if we have a problem? Can t answer that now. Will have to wait on a later date. They are nice and do keep in contact with us for now. We love the phone calls and the emails. They are personal and worked late for us since we are in a differtime zone. Melanie and her staff were very nice.

Before calling Kristina, I had done some research about Medicare. I had received many Medicare marketing brochures through the mail, I listened to my neighbors tell me about their Medicare plan selections- but they are not me, and I knew I needed to be sure I made the best plan selection for my medical needs and my prescription needs.

My needs and my budget seemed as important to Kristina as they are to me so I felt I was in good hands. In addition, I know that should I have any questions about my Medicare or drug plan, I have a very reliable person to call for assistance.
