My husband is about to qualify for Medicare and we have been inundated with mail, advice from friends and family, and we just didn't know where to start. A family member referred us to Senior Savings and I thought it would be a high pressure sales pitch but it totally wasn't. Kendall was amazingly patient, answered EVERY question and made sure we understood all our options and the pricing and then....NO PRESSURE to do anything right then...she left it with "let me know when you decide which option you want, or if you have more questions, or if you want to look at additional options"...she sent us an email link so we could make an appointment with her at a later time once we were ready to lock something in or if we didn't more info so we didn't have to start over with a new person. When we had an appointment she was on time...one time she was running behind and somebody called and let us know and didn't leave us hanging. I was so overwhelmed and they just made it all so easy...I don't normally leave reviews BUT I am here because if you need Medicare...you need to call Senior Savings! I have already recommended them to a friend who is as confused as I was...and will call them again once I get to the age to qualify.
