Senior Benefits Group Review

I spoke to Derrick Marecle he made a daunting task easy. Knowing that I am not an expert in Medicare it was made very simple for me to understand. He is a Rock Star. He is easy to talk to, very personable, respectful with a great sense of humor. Derrick has a special quality, a sense of warmth & well-being that I could feel when talking to him. (Good Karma) I instantly felt at ease. There was no pressure. He followed up with me when I asked him to. He gave good information that I needed to know. (After all knowledge is power). On top of that, he knows his business and had answers for all my many questions. I just want Senior Benefits Group to know what an asset he is. It was a pleasure working with him and I look forward to working with Derrick at Senior Benefits Group for all my Medicare needs in the future. I will be passing his contact information on to my family & friends that have a need. This Company is a blessing for seniors.

Craig Ridley has helped my wife and I through these trying times to find a health insurance program that is affordable and has the doctors we use inside the program. Craig has helped me get signed up with Medicare. I am extremely happy with his service.

I spoke to one of their Medicare advisors and he explained everything to me so clearly. They even have their own drug department that helped make sure all my drugs were covered.

This company is the worst benefits group I have ever had to deal with. The customer service is terrible!!! Going thru a loss is really hard and these guy make it so much worse!!! Do not use these guy. Steve is the worst CSR I've ever heard of

Received a local call from this group, it was a spoof call. I told the man on the line he was a scammer when they spoof the number (government say's that). He told me they use a dialing service, lie they use a computer to generate numbers that may be in the do not call list. I am on the do not call list it does not stop any calls, in fact I believe the list is sold to these callers. Someone buy's the list then sells the list to people that spoof's the calls. If it shows it is a local call but the number is spoofed it is a scam.

Wife is old fashioned and since we both turned 65 within a month of each other we wanted to meet with an agent , talking ove r the phone made us totally crazy trying to take notes , so we made an appt with Derrick and drove 2.5 hrs to sit down with him and go over the best option for us, Derrick took his time explained different plans and them made a recommendation on what Supplement Company to go with, well ive only had one instance where a hospital hounded me for a non payment and when I called the supplement company they had not received the bill ,I called the hospital back and they had the wrong insurance co. Information.So I ve had no issues with his recommendation,

They check what medicare plans are good for me and get my prescription coverage no problem. They have always been good for me so thats why i stay with them. Never had a bad plan yet.

We have been extremely pleased with $ saved by using Senior Benefits Group's help in choosing Medicare Coverage and Perscription coverage. The service has been professional and timely. Mike knows what he is doing and provided great advise!

In a word...this is a SCAM...This company only exposed me to the premium plans (Aetna) where my monthly premiums would be sky high (and their commissions). I asked for a comparison of different plans (from Rob Schwalm) who promised to provide, but after 2 months of never did. DON't waste your time... !!!

Dave was a big help in understanding how Medicare works. The options and which ones would be more beneficial to me. Thank you, great service.
