Wife is old fashioned and since we both turned 65 within a month of each other we wanted to meet with an agent , talking ove r the phone made us totally crazy trying to take notes , so we made an appt with Derrick and drove 2.5 hrs to sit down with him and go over the best option for us, Derrick took his time explained different plans and them made a recommendation on what Supplement Company to go with, well ive only had one instance where a hospital hounded me for a non payment and when I called the supplement company they had not received the bill ,I called the hospital back and they had the wrong insurance co. Information.So I ve had no issues with his recommendation,
