I have had the pleasure of meeting the HR Manager on a few occasions. After learning more about what they do, how they do it, the company values and culture it is clear that they try to make it a nice place to work. As we all know personality and attitude is equally important as skills and experience when creating a team and while being shown around had the opportunity to speak to the staff who seems happy and settled in their working environment. I was very impressed at the cleanliness and watching the machines in action was fascinating.
