Brandon has surpassed all of my expectations. He has been honest and straight forward. He also could have easily taken advantage of my difficult situation but he didn't. And I THANK YOU for that Brandon!

So far my experience has been horrible. I was told I had to pay 10% down earnest money and the closing has been extended 3 weeks because they cannot seem to track down my sizable check. It has already cleared my bank. When I spoke to the broker he was very unprofessional and did not seem to know what he was talking about. I have got very bad feelings about wether or not his sale will actually go through and what kind of mess I'll have to deal with even if it does. I have an idea that I will have to eventually get an attorney if they continue to jerk me around and misplace my earnest money. They obviously do not know what they are doing.
We had a great experience buying our home through Tommy Grimm of the Agency. We were from out of town and needed to see several homes in a short time period that matched our criteria. Tommy had several homes set up for us to see when we arrived and we found the home we wanted that same day. Tommy helped us through the negotiations and we were very happy with the results.
When you need help and guidance based on experience, The Agency is key.

Horrible company. Impossible to get a hold of and when you do you get treated like a second class dirt bag. Would not recommend The Agency to anyone in NW Florida. Learn some customer service Mr. Vinyard. Your reputation amongst your clients and other professionals in your field are very negative. Recommend using another company, and don't trust his foreclosures, not in the best interest of his customers. Gives the industry a horrible name.
Every time we have tried to deal with the company it has been horrible. Recently we bid over asking on a property. The company counter after 5 days. We accepted the counter. offer exactly as the seller had sent it. We are waiting on wiring instructions. My agent whom isn't with the Agency gets a call 2 days later for highest and best. Multiple offers. I check the sight today and the listing shows it has no offers and is active. Remind you this is after I bid over asking and accepted the sellers counter offer. My agent has left messages for them for 2 days and they haven't returned her phone calls. They won't speak to me. They tell me to contact my agent. The last time we dealt with them we bid over asking waiting several weeks and didn't get the property. I personally will not bid on anything listed with that company again. Its now been over 72 hours since we accepted the counter and get anyone to speak with us.
Terrible experience! Don't trust them. They actually forged signatures on documents and my mortgage company and I proved it to them and then they don't have the guts to speak to me anymore. Stay away. And we lost the home we were trying to purchase over it.
Brandon Vinyard just sold my house and not only did he do it in a timely manner, he got me even more than the asking price! Beyond thrilled with the service I was provided and will defiantly spread the word that THIS is the real estate company to utilize!
Keep looking for a real estate agency. Josh Kostic doesn t appear to value anyone s time. If you re looking for prompt and professional, this isn t it.
