These guys are so unorganized. Do not work for them they screw you over so bad with the amount of money they take from you. They are fake and pretend to be your friend only to use you.

Tried to book an interview, ended up having a family related issue and wanted to re-book at a later date but didn't want to talk on the phone due to being a sensitive time. Couldn't change the booking online and attempted to reschedule but it didn't work. They have the logs of this and I can even show the emails of me attempting to do so.

But they just decided to throw away my entire account, don't care about my situation or the reasons for why anything occurred and were pretty rude about it in response stating that they have a 24 hour booking cancellation system and that they refuse to help me. Despite me having proof of the attempt to change the booking.

Have yet to meet someone who has anything positive to say about them in person.

Hands down 5 stars for sure! I talked with Dave though Select people solutions and he helped me find a career that he found I suited well! He was very professional and responsive as I went through the process of making the decision. I'd recommend him to anyone out there looking for their next job!!

Let's start here: I was a candidate looking for work in the Calgary area. Samantha Friesen with Select had a position posted and reached out to me about the role. I hadn't considered Lethbridge but then, for the right position and role, why not?

I applied for the position and was offered an interview in short order. Select provided me the information that would help me to make a good decision on the position, but not so much as to provide me any kind of unfair advantage.

I interviewed, was offered, and started in what I hope to be the last position I will ever take. The company and position are both a perfect match for me.

When my car wouldn't start on my second week of work due to the extremely cold weather, Select owner, Ryan Miller boosted my car for me.

I can honestly say, I have never had such amazing service!! They are professional, well-run, and know how to find the right match.

I had an amazing experience with Select after losing my previous employment! I was interviewed within a week of applying, I temped at 2 places, and the second place ended up taking me on permanently. All in all, Select helped me find a new job within 6 weeks of being let go from my other one.

I had the pleasure of being recruited by Select in Lethbridge for a local organization. Select was professional, didn't keep me waiting for next steps, more personable than other recruiters I have dealt with and far more informative. Both Tara and Mackenzie were informative, up front with information and professional. Best I've seen in quite a while. I would use them again.

This establishment is run by some of the worst, least qualified and unscroupulous individuals. They gaslight, hold back and constructively dismiss anyone who tries to be better than the group. Basically your hard work is appreciated elsewhere.

very unreliable service had tried to use this agency for 4 years now n haven't got a single job ,call back, or interview from anyone . i think to get ahead with this agency is to know the manager or secretary personally

Worked with Dave at select recruiting, and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. I could tell that he was working hard behind the scenes getting things set up, and still finding time to quickly respond to any questions I had. Select helped me obtain my dream position! They were very helpful during the interview process. Excellent experience. I was happy with how quickly I was interviewed for a position. Staff is very professional, and they make it very easy to submit payroll information and time cards. Would definitely recommend to all jobseekers.

They think they are GODS when it comes to giving out work. I called in to cancel an interview over a year ago and now they will not accept an application from me. I hope that someday Karma has them being turned down for work by some flunky with a big ego...hope you sleep well at night...
