Bought a 2018 Equinox yesterday and I am so excited! I have been looking for a reliable car for me and my son for a while now, and I seemed to have found the perfect fit! We recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan that was a GM Certfied pre-owned vehicle. Derek S was our salesperson and he went above and beyond to help us purchase this vehicle. We have two small children and live over 2 hours from Lethbridge. Derek was so amazing that he delivered the van to us so we wouldn't have to make the trip with the kids. Biggest scam of a mechanic shop I have ever seen. Even if my car had warrant with them (it did) i would never get my car serviced here.

I just bought a new 2017 Chevy Equinox, working with both Michelle and Meghan was a great experience. Michelle was awesome, she was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful when I told her what I was looking for, she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. When I needed a bit of time to think things over, there was no pressure whatsoever, she was very understanding. Meghan was amazing as well when dealing with the financial end of things. She walked me through everything step by step, making sure that I fully understood it all. If I had questions, she took the time to answer them, and she made sure that I stuck close to my budget. 1 week later purchased an Equinox. This vehicle is fantastic. Also with a no pressure James was great this is the guy to go and see. Took the time to explain my options and again no pressure sales at all. Very satisfied all around..go see James at Murray Chevrolet Lethbridge.

I came in this dealership to trade in my pre-loved Subaru Crosstrek to a Cadillac XT5. James was my sales consultant was exquisite and helped me through the process. From working with me on a budget I have and had been quoted on from another dealership; they made it work for me, and gave me such a better deal compared to the first dealership I have been.

He never made me feel pressured. He listened to my needs and helped me out determine which one I should purchase (XT4/XT5). He was very attentive and focused on how I felt driving both cars; in the end he told me I was liking the XT5 more compared to the XT4 (he was right; the moment the test drive was nearly over I knew I wanted the XT5; but never did I feell like he wanted to sell me a model he thinks he prefers, but what I prefer based on how I felt after the test drive.)

Meghan and James (financial managers) also had done such awesome job getting the paperwork done. I was amazed that they too have been paying attention to my needs as a customer. Usually, it's only the sales associate who does that. But they had made me feel taken care of since day one.

The people there are amazing, the managers (Chad, Chris and Bruce) made me feel like an important customer (well we all want to be taken care of right? and felt special as a buyer?) They made me feel that way from day 1. Even the receptionist had been very accommodating; the other sales associates greeted me despite the fact I was not dealing with them at all. Talk about customer service.

I have done my shopping, and have purchased in just 3 days! Yes, that was how quick it was for me to decide by how I was treated, how quick they met my needs and how I was attended to.

I highly recommend them if you need help purchasing a new or used vehicle. I was very impressed and satisfied as a client.

We recently bought a Certified Used Kia Sedona. It is clean and runs perfectly. The salesman we dealt with, Ray McBarron, was energetic and helpful. He was transparent and worked hard to ensure we were getting the right vehicle for us. He even found a chip in the windshield and included a new windshield in our negotiations. My experience at Murray Chev dealing with Thomas Carpenter was the most painless experience ever.

It was abad experience to drive from calgary to lethbridge to buy a Cadillac SUV. They promised me that they will detail the car but unfortunately it was not. When I complain to sales associate Jordan he told me he will talk to them , but didn't solve my problems . I called to the manager but I am still waiting for answers.i won't recommend this dealer..

5 star experience and service. Cameron Firth is an excellent sales consultant, and he went the extra mile to locate a 2021 Diesel Tahoe for us. He had tons of patience answering all our questions and made the purchase a great experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Without getting into specifics, I wrote in with an odd request/question. First thing the next morning, I recieved a phone call from Julie to try and help me as much as possible. Very quick reply and very positive.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned unit from this dealership and was very satisfied with the whole experience. From start to finish the process was very fast, transparent, and smooth. Being that I was from out of town I requested a video walk around which was done quickly and professionally. Any and all issues were noted and clearly shown on the video.

Great customer service! I took my SRX in because I smelled fuel. Turns out I'd spilled fuel injector under the seat and didn't realize it. Kyra was awesome. Charged me only half the normal service fee even though they'd done a complete check of my vehicle. Would go back.

My wife and I recently bought a brand new 2012 Chevrolet Silverado at Murray's. We had a fantastic buying experience. We met with Michelle, to look at a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler. She pulled it up to the front doors, warmed up.We looked at the vehicle and took it for a 15min test drive. My family have dealt with Murray's, specifically Dave S., for almost a life time and we have never had any complaints or issues. I personally dealt with him two years ago to get my first car and I absolutely love my 2014 Chevy Cruze.

Bought a new car days ago and put a bike rack on it and nobody told me the rear wiper was automatic so the battery ended up dead in the morning. Took it in they charged me $50 to take the rear wiper off and when I went to leave the battery was dead again. They replaced it under warranty but what got me was how the service guy said they shouldnt of replaced the battery but did because it was a new car. I nearly lost it because it was never my fault from the beginning that nobody told me it was an auto wiper on the rear! Still thinking if I will ever go back for warranty work and oil changes in the future!

You and your staff take the extra effort to make our drive safe, comfortable and affordable, so we thought it fair to take the time to acknowledge the service that we have received and say thank you.

The opening time shown suggests the dealership departments are open till 7pm weekdays. That appears to be misleading as the shop and parts departments actually close at 5:30pm. It was rather disappointing to follow the Online posted closing time, get there at 5:40pm for an ordered carpet pickup only to be asked to come back tomorrow. Separate times posted for each department will help.

I had Ray as a sales consultant and he was awesome to deal with. He s very knowledgeable, is open to answering any and all questions, and is all around very helpful. He never pushed me to make a decision, and has a great sense of humour. I will definitely be going back to Murray the next time I buy a vehicle!

Had a miserable experience trying to buy a used truck from here. I had the cash ready to come test drive and ultimately buy a truck but got told it was sold, then not sold, then sold, etc about 4 times. They told me it was in "detailing for 2-3 days which meant i couldn't test drive it. That turned out to not be the case, they were simply waiting on someone who ultimately failed to get financing in order. Total gong show. Someone ultimately bought it from under me. I think it was the manager's fault much more than the salesman, but regardless, they won't get any business from me anytime soon and i'm usually a Chev guy.

The service department seems great, but if you take your vehicle in be prepared for them to send you CONSTANT emails and mail asking you to come in and get a new vehicle. We also received constant phone calls about our vehicle even AFTER requesting to be removed from the contact list. And after I asked to be removed I was hung up on, not very professional, and VERY pushy for a dealership. I would go to Davis or somewhere else outside the city before EVER going back to these guys.

I had an awesome experience buying a truck remotely from Calgary. My sales guy, James Walsh, made it very easy for me; communicated clearly, was honest and transparent. Because I hadn t seen the truck, I wanted to see more pictures than standard; he had no problem and was very patient.

All in all, a flawless experience. I got good value for my trade-in, I wasn t sold anything I didn t need, and I left with the perfect truck that I am PUMPED to own!

An hour and a half for an oil change is absolutely rediculous

This is my first purchase at Murray Chevrolet in Lethbridge. I want to thank James and the staff for helping us find a vehicle to meet our need. I felt we were treated with respect and James went out of his way, even coming in to help us on his day off, which we really appreciate. I would definitely recommend Murray Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase.

Friendly staff. Appointments can happen quickly (depending on the issue). Shuttle service is only Mon-Fri. Advice for GM repairs and not this dealership specifically: components or parts prices seem to vary in a ways that makes no sense. I had a lighting harness issue where the entire harness would have cost me $30 from the parts department. However, you'll pay triple that (not counting labour) for a socket that is a part of the $30 harness. Not sure why it wasn't the route the dealership went with my problem, but they did.
