A pity I bought a Seiko watch SPB 105 J1 1.5 weeks ago in Bolzano (where I live in Bonn). Unfortunately, it is defective. Should now cover the shipping costs for repairs at Seiko. And the statement that I could give the watch to the dealer where I bought it!

avoid, do not send your watch under any circumstances. Service is really bad, moreover, they do not have any contact information whatsoever. It is a very long, very unpleasant and expensive experience. Better go to a local watch master.
I sent a three year old Kinetic directly to Seiko. In response, I received a more than impersonal (Dear Mr. Customer) standard estimate about 75% of the original purchase price of the clock.
Given the age of the clock, I expected a more accommodating regulation. As the model is no longer available, there is nothing left to do but agree with the repair.
I actually assumed that the name Seiko stands for a high quality, apparently I was wrong. That was probably the last model of Seiko.

Since I wrote my last recession out of anger, I'd like to improve a bit. This was not correct from me. The process was on the whole really okay. The wait for the repair was subjectively a bit too long and I was put off several times. Unfortunately, the clock came back after the repair with a small scratch and without my original packaging / papers. But I hope we can find a solution together. By and large, I would entrust the team with my watch again, because everything went well in the end.
A holiday souvenir (a new Seiko watch with a perpetual calendar) that was thought of as a gift stopped operating after two weeks. The German Seiko branch attempted two unsuccessful repairs, the defective watch being returned twice as repaired !! There was no reason to see any goodwill or at least a friendship price for an exchange watch. On the contrary, they did not blunt themselves to offer me a replacement watch movement at a list price of 250 euros, although at the beginning they did not even believe that they had to deduct the poor performance calculated in advance at 80 o'clock. A poverty line for a world-famous company whose German branch believes it can take out mortgages on the impeccable reputation of the parent company (repair certificate 714877)
My four-year-old Seiko Solar Chronograph did not work anymore, I opened it myself to change the battery, which of course was a mistake. I could not do anything myself, but of course the clock was not very tight either.
Seiko in Willich checked my watch and repaired it for free. Unbelievable, I'm totally excited, I miss the words. I can only express a huge recommendation and thank you. That's what I call customer friendly !!!
