This company is extremely disorganized and unprofessional when dealing with customers. I ordered a sign for a new home that was completed in May 2021. I contacted the company to order a sign to display my address to be uniformed with the neighborhood in July. The initial order was given away to another home and SEI never called me to advise. After waiting several weeks I called back to get an update on the order and was told a new order had to be placed due to the error that occurred. Although this was upsetting due to us now being in the first week of October 2021, my husband asked Meredith Hilton to keep us updated on the delivery status. Today 11/9, another call was placed to the VP Meredith Hilton and as soon as she heard my husband speak his name she immediately had a tone of irritation that we were calling to get a status of the order. He explained that we are frustrated that we continue to call her office and none of the employees are ever available to take a call nor has anyone followed up on the order. Her tone was condescending and she stated I told you it would take 4-5 weeks to order and I can t guarantee that because we order through a vendor and it s out of my control . Long story short, if I wasn t trying to keep my home in uniform with the rest of the neighborhood I would never do business with this group. This small business needs to put their leadership staff through some classes that teach conflict resolution, tone and reflection when speaking with customers and follow up. If the leaders can t get it right the employees won t know how, but I can never seem to get them on the phone or return phone calls anyway so I guess they are a mute. This experience is unreal .
Our builder has tried multiple times to get this company to come out to inspect a leak in our metal roofing. All they do is keep promising they'll show up but never do for the past 4 months.
Very tight place, not designed for fo 53 foot trailer. Good people though
