1 month without vehicle and counting .... Terrible customer service. Poor staff to resolve issues. We have been waiting for a month for a vehicle that had minor bumps and that the windshield had to be replaced. They got the wrong piece to import. Then your supplier broke the part during shipping. They keep giving us excuses and no one can be held responsible or but still: give us a delivery date.

They should understand that they depend on their customers to continue operating. Terrible and unfortunate. I will never work with you again.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.
I get a message that the insurance was renewed, three months later they call me to say no and that I have to pay the months I owe. Ok, I pay it all in one sitting which is not a joke, it is a minimum salary of only one. Then, I already paid it, and two days later they call me again to tell me that I owe more, a debt that was pulled from my sleeve.
I call in the afternoon to ask what they are charging me, and the person who attends me does not have the slightest idea of anything, he did not help me in anything other than to give me impotence and anger.

I don't give them 0 stars because it can't be done. Inept.
