They don't sell spare parts for their products. The number they give for the distributor that does sell spare parts doesn't answer their phone. If you want spare parts and this is the number they give you, 8372300, don't bother calling. Ten tries later and still no answer. Very unprofessional.

On the 18/3/2020 - Stuart Pyyvaara, Seeley's Technician serviced and replaced faulty buzzing solenoid of my ducted A/C Breezair EXS200-G. He put in tremendous effort, communicated well and I am impressed with the quality of work. Also emailed me Official Receipt Customer Statement on the spot. Excellent customer service.

I am very happy with the Breezair unit installed by Adelaide Heating & Cooling (O'Halloran Hill) dated 19/1/2015. Mr Machin is an astute business owner.

However, on the 17/2/2017 - Technician Andrew serviced the unit 'on the run' within 15 minutes or even less, charging me $200. Not interested in his work. Promised to email me the Official Receipt and still waiting (3 years ago!). Unbelievable. I still have the faded eftpos docket. Please forward me Official Receipt for my record .

Had a new unit installed 22/12/2018 but the next day it would not work-called the installer but he wasn't interested in taking a look (He already had his money), and he suggested i phone Seeley with my problem.
They were fantastic and despite being the festive week they phoned me
within 90 minutes and said they would be down in 20 mins.
They fixed the problem (a faulty module) and were efficient, courteous and kept me informed.
Tremendous service from a very grateful customer who can't recommend Seeley Service to highly.

Bought a Braemar split system from a local supplier 4 weeks ago and it hasn't worked properly since installation. Outer fan keeps malfunctioning and being pregnant in 36 plus degree heat is less than pleasant. Seeley were quick to send someone out to have a look yet have not heard back for 2 weeks now and I was not given a contact number or any kind of job reference. After I e-mailed a complaint 3 days ago and still haven't heard from them, am hoping they will actually fix our unit before the January heat comes. Never again that's for sure.

A suggestion for better customer service, how about having technicians to fix the units, we're having to wait for 5 days days to get our brand new unit fixed for the second time in the middle of winter in an area that goes below zero and an asthmatic sister....you're business is a joke!!!!

I have tried to contact the company for the rebate only to be given the run around it has been well over 60 days and they just send generic emails that say they will deposit it in a few weeks. I guess they have there money and customer follow up and repeat business isn't that important to them.

I have since been given the rebate but my correspondences were ignored and no apology or acknowledgement they just deposited the rebate weeks after it was originally promised.
Hopefully I don't have a warranty issues because I never want to deal with this company again.

My mother inlaw purchased a Braemar Evaporative RPC320D from a local supplier and she has non stop water leaks from the airconditioner on the roof.eg. not enough thread tape on float valve thread where it screws in to elbow then leakage then down the overflow and on roof, drain valve fitting on tank leaking on the roof needed to be removed and resealed, bleed off tube from T-piece supply to bleed tap to short and when pads are closed it squashes the small tube and then you have no bleed off, needed to lengthen it,motor belt tension bolts lock nuts left loose, motor bouncing around.
It must have been a friday afternoon assembly, paid more for this aircooler expecting better quality control, very disappointing !!I

We purchased a Braemar Evaporative Cooler and was told they are very efficient on water and the brochure backed it up but do not believe what you read they base the figures on 12 months. In the brochure under household use 14.8L Day we are on rain water and have worked out it is using 100L an hour on a 30 degree day. Very disappointed with our decision to buy this product.

Avoid dealing with this company. Do not purchase anything that has anything to do with this company After sales service is hopeless. They simply don't care. Give the run around and are genuinely unhelpful. Had issues with my warranty and is now into it's 6th week and was told it could be another 3+ weeks. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. Not worth the headaches or stress. Oh and cashback with this lot is also a joke. getting close to 2 months and still waiting for my cashback.

There was a Seeley ("Coolair") aircon in my last house, and I got a Seeley ("Braemar") aircon installed 4 years ago in my current house. Very impressed with the build quality, reliable operation. I had some issues with the installer, but that was a completely different company. (I dont recommend them).
I think Seeley do a lot of the manufacture locally too - at Lonsdale, SA near where I work. They need very minor maintenance (if any), I work in the electronics service industry, and I'm very impressed by the two models Ive seen up-close.

Very happy with our service! After our aircon stopped working on saturday 23rd Dec, and we live in rural SA, we thought we had no hope seeing anyone till the new year. Filled out an online service request and got a call early morning the day after boxing day that a techy was on his way!...by 1.30pm we were enjoying a cool house again. Thankyou to the prompt and polite techy and cheers Seeley for great customer service! Happy New year to all.

bought braemar piece of rubbish after several air con places said it was quite a good unit.....yeah right.Since installation 2 years ago have had 8 repairs/call outs sometimes leaving us with nothing for up to 5-6 days in 42+ degree heat, while our 23 year old unit never quit regardless of conditions.I have had to make many, many calls to get these repairs organized with the people in the service dept being rude, argumentative to the point of hostility. But what transpired yesterday was the rudest, most unprofessional hostile experience as she continuously spoke over me,argued & hung up on me.....well do yourselves a favour & buy a better unit/brand no paying customer should be treated like this not to mention the unit itself is a piece of unreliable RUBBISH.Now it has broken down again for the TENTH time getting rid of this piece of shyt this week
