About SEDA Council of Governments
SEDA Council of Governments is a non-profit organization that has been serving the central Pennsylvania region since 1967. The acronym SEDA stands for "Susquehanna Economic Development Association," which was the original name of the organization. Today, SEDA Council of Governments serves eleven counties in central Pennsylvania, including Columbia, Juniata, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union.
