Ordered Hik Vision AX pro, some Hik Vision cameras and other bits and bobs for a customer. Everything had a silver security seal on it other than the the AX pro alarm system where the seal was broken. When calling the store was told sometimes we open a product to show customers and that has been sent. I then asked for another one to be sent. I then get an email stating that hik vision have sent devices without a security seal. So we are putting seals onto these to send out to customers.

When I opened the white seal that store had put on I seen below it the marks of the original seal showing that someone had broken it. I called Hik Vision to be told that all their products have a security seal so the company are not telling you the correct information.

There is something dodgy going on here.

*** update 30th Jan was told the replacement product will arrive today. Now I get an email stating it won't be arriving today. My customer is really annoyed and another days delay. Would avoid using this company as their service is awful!
